Michael is amazing, I used to visit the ritzy every Friday when I worked for hertz car rental in the 80s. He never forgot a name and treated my mum to tea at the ritz, he has not aged a bit! Lovely genuine man.
@@ankittalukdar9328 you bet, lots a famous people stayed in the top London hotels and my job was paying all the concierge commission.... It was a total blast x
These guys are the definition of hospitality. Thrilled to see the son follow in his fathers footsteps. I look forward to the day my wife and I travel to the ritz to be serviced by this wonderful family. Caesar would be proud!
What a character. No question, every time I’ve visited the London Ritz I immediately get the feeling that I’m in one of, if not the most beautiful hotels in the World.
I had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz in 1999 for our 10th wedding anniversary (surprise present for my wife). The look of disbelief on her face was something to behold. At first, she thought I’d stopped to ask directions. The experience from start to finish, is something we’ll never forget.
He is a magician, such a professional and lovely concierge. Especially today, with so many young people looking for their work and life balance, this man walking his extra mile for the client is a monument... We love it!!!❤
I think my favorite part about this beyond Michael's exuberant pride and love for his career and the enterprise he's a part of is the respect and affection his son clearly has for his father and the job they share.
The Ritz is one of the best hotels I had the pleasure to stay in. Service is beyond description. My wife and I thought Hotel Crillon was great . But, The Ritz still reigns as king.
If only the Ritz looked as glorious as depicted in this. It is falling apart, the rooms are small and creaking. It's time for a total refurb. The history and location however cannot be disputed.
Might be some ✌️cultural difference I guess I saw comments of approval and appreciation, but here we call it a little overdone and dramatic out of reality performance , by Ms.Micheal I guess,I don’t know if only Brits are so dramatic or others too, but not for me most respectfully. N.B: nothing is typo it’s intentional 😂😜
This is better than any ad the Ritz could've produced.
I am sure Ritz payed for this, so this is an ad

In the 80s? Must have been an era!

Did everything in your life end with a Z in the 80s

I absolutely love this man ! Have been lucky enough to stay many times at the Ritz and each visit is just as magical as the first wonderful memories ❤
This guy has to be one of the most well connected people in London.

I like people who are passionate with their jobs. They are usually the best people. They truly enjoy life and you can feel their energy
Imagine the people he has gotten to meet. This is pretty awesome. Providing great service is a challenging art.

A pleasure to see you, Mr Wick.
Father-son concierge duo - Michael and Robert de Cozar should be in ads for Ritz London.
The Ritz is one of the best hotels I had the pleasure to stay in. Service is beyond description.

Love these guys. As an employer this is the kind of person you will bend over backwards to keep hold of.
Epitome of a true gentleman
Ritz is so opulent and I really like it! The more a place is opulent, the better for me. Baroque style, paintings, gold, I love all of this.
This is what life’s about! Doing what you love (and giving God the glory🙌🏽)! May he and his son have many more joyful years working together :)
aww I LOVE THIS !

He should start a training program of how to be social ! Amazing !
Years ago we were touristing about as students and I swear we stopped in here for fun and Mr. Cozar gave us directions of Leicester Square.
So great!! Warms your heart!:)

It’s really pretty! It’s a lot yet not too much! And the location is easy to remember! ❤
I bet this Ritz concierge can score you Taylor Swift concert tickets.
This concierge can score you a dinner with The Queen.

Fact check, look at all the top hotels in the world vs price, all UK and European hotels are a ripoff.
You don't think it costs a fair bit more to run a hotel, pay staff etc in Europe compared to other parts of the world?
I love there thoroughly washed out English accents.
