Rashid is the very reason my family visit here year after year. The hotel is beautiful of course, but it’s the people like Rashid who really make its beauty. It’s a must recommend for everyone visiting London.
Very nice hotel. I'm sorry, but I don't believe that I have ever heard of this hotel before watching this video. Obviously, London must have many more prestigious hotels beyond the more familiar Ritz or Savoy.
Many many more. I'm shocked that you knew of only two. Claridges, for example, is world famous and is often listed in the top ten most iconic hotels in the world. London was the 5 star hotel capital of the world [75 5 star hotels] for years until it was recently overtaken by Macau.
Ok flying to the Canary Islands on a private jet just for a few HOURS then return on the same day? I don’t care how rich you are, that’s over £5000 PER HR just to have sand in ur toes and sun on ur face!
I want London's top hotels to be the best in the world. I do not object to riches, luxury or style. What I object to is ridiculous indulgence. I hope the hotels charge when they do such things.

I wouldn't say entitled...more indulgent. If you're rich you can, and should, indulge yourself. However, some rich people don't know what is too much. I would hate for my children to be so spoiled. It's called 'spoiled' for a reason.
What a sad and humorless comment. I sincerely hope you and your wife eventually have the resources to actually stay in beautiful hotels such as the Langham. To be able to enjoy and appreciate them the way my wife and have, has been a dream come true. Wishing you peace, wealth and a release from your inner torment.

The Langham is spectacular and Les Clefs d’Or Concierge can do ANYTHING!
So looking forward to coming back in November, our first return visit in 3 years.
I worked at the Langham when it was owned by the BBC room 333 is believed to be haunted

It is VERY expensive. You’ll struggle to get one night here under £500. It’s lovely though.
