    Sadly company’s go with the cheapest bid due to a specific amount allowed in a projects budget and to repair a roof (even if it is completely replaced) comes out of a different and usually bigger maintenance budget. Not saying it is right but a lot of times the towns people flinch at a huge install budget on a roof but don’t see the repair bills due to the maintenance budget already being approved. (Hope that makes sense)

      Yeah perfect sense. In fact we have a video explaining that the cheaper roof actually costs more long term. Especially in a place like Florida where we experience harsh weather conditions.

      We crimp the metal over the openings so nothing can get inside
