    Yes, a state of flow is the most (the only?) resourceful way of learning BUT Distraction is a powerful learning tool. If you disagree how about this: what will you learn if you are STUCK ? Does it help to bang your head against the wall ??
    A practical example: imagine you misplaced a key in your room, you spent 5-10-15 mins looking for it, you know it's there BUT you are stuck, you just can't find it. Feel free to waste another hour and getting 100% frustrated 🤪
    ....OR get distracted: go out of the room, take a cup of coffe, come back in 5 mins AND all of a sudden your key has found you 😃

      Thanks for this thoughtful comment! Agree 100%. I think what you are referring to is a creative break. We need to sometimes make some adjustments when we are stuck, e.g. go for a walk. The cool thing is that while you are taking this break your mind is still working on the issue at hand and often by the time you are done with the walk you have the solution 😎
