Congrats on getting an interview with Aldi. Not having an amazing setup won't hold you back. Be yourself and prepare as you would for any interview! I simply recommend having a half decent setup as it's an easy way to score some extra points. Play around with the lighting to make the webcam look as good as possible and if you have a headset/headphones that could help with the sound. The main thing you should focus on is your responses to the questions and building a good rapport with the interviewer. I'm sure you'll smash it!
GOOD question! Look at the camera when you can. It feels weird but it looks good at the interviewers side. Practise recording yourself doing both and see which you prefer!
@@yangufkmr6873 That will 100% be asked (however it may be worded differently). What they are actually asking is - do you understand the role well enough and will you be a good fit for it. You can also add some examples that show you are passionate about the companies mission/culture. Hope that helps!
