Hi adam, I got selected for assessment center, I haven't been told when it will take place but it will be in year 2025. I am an international student and haven't applied for my graduate visa yet as i still have time till end of january, so My question is when do they ask for my visa status proof is it on the day of assessment center or before they offer me a job I need to submit all those documents?

Adam, have you ever considered age as a factor in all this.....with the young age of you & your contemporaries really helping you out on the job market? I'm not being negative but just giving you some context....I've done all the things you suggest but at 56 years old & after 300 applications I've still got nowhere.

Just fired a candidate that had a masters in cs, after 6 months of nurturing was still ridiculously worthless I spoke to 2 other businesses and found this was not unique and that across the board university is failing students with basic understanding in software development principles. Across 3 independent businesses we all agreed a privately tutored / self taught developer would have been worth way more than any post grad, in our shared experience hiring a self styled developer then encouraging them to use the experience to gain a masters later was worth more than any academic post grad

If you say you're an entrepreneur on your CV and you've started a business the employer will think 'why will I employ him when he would just go and leave and start his own business shortly. I think you have to be careful about mentioning stuff like that.

i stay there as a foreign guest between June and August 1989, i stil have a great memory about this experience. Ship Shape and Bristol fashion!!!
