Your content is really wonderful to look at. Many channels are just repeating that "Content Creator" or "Influencer" look. You are bringing a real value to those of us that want to create videos that have more character and feeling. Thank you for posting your work.

I really like the Rembrandt type lighting with the key slightly off to the left (from your perspective). It give your face a bit of depth and character.
Also, the background lighting on the wall is a nice tough. When you turned it off the whole scene became very boring.
Great job on talking through your setup.
I am just starting out, so this was very helpful.

I love the look of your videos. I guess it is not just the lighting? Are you using some sort of a mist filter or a smoke? Somehow you create this slightly hazy effect in your videos so cool. Would love to see the second part how you create this look.

its indeed a mist filter you have a good eye! in my more recent videos im shooting without a mist filter tho, its just a little sharper and perhaps easier for the youtube compression to deal with. thank you for the suppot!

Love the video, it’s always interesting to learn about lighting for videos. Do you have any channel that you can recommend that is specialized in lighting? :)

Glad you enjoyed :) I used to watch some of Tyler Stalmans videos on lighting th-cam.com/video/F5zDzVQ43XA/w-d-xo.html
I think his work is more geared to commercial stuff but its still very usefull

The light on the back wall is typical for your channel in my opinion, when you turned it of the scene became generic.
The photo shoot with your friend looks great.

its indeed becoming an easy fix just to put that spotlight on the background ill have to experiment a little more in the future see if I cant think of something more unique. glad you enjoyed it!
