The main quoted prices are the year rental rates, Perfect Homes contracts generally start at 3 months plus but this all depends on the owner.
Better off stretching to 300 perm month.

Great price but That's a big fat no..... It's weird and dumb that they put the bed next to the hallway wall and the kitchen and front room area away from door. Should be the opposite. Andt that bathroom and view are kinda ghetto
