Many expats live in this area and there are traditional Thai markets almost every night here as well a great shops that sell a variety of international foods. Both properties are renovated by the same builder to a professional standard and finish.
The second property is a newly renovated pool villa in Kad Farang, for sale at 8.89 million baht!
