    Thanks Bird, I woke up today super tight on my back from work (I’m a tattoo artist) and I thought maybe I’m injured, but your routine left me almost like new! Thank you so much

    Obsessed with all of your videos, thank you! I love the silence, but I often miss the physical cues to “switch directions” when doing rotations or anything that requires switching directions. It could just be me.
    Thanks for making such an awesome yoga series & channel

    • @retry4581
      @retry4581 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Actually looking back there was just a silent switch! It would be super helpful to have a verbal cue of “switch direction if you wish” as we never know how much time in total we’ll be spending on an certain move so it’s hard to split it up on our own. It almost takes me out of the eyes closed relaxation. I hate critiquing anything because it is truly so flawless, but that is something I’ve noticed video to video ! Always so in the zen zone it’s hard to keep an eye on when you switch

    Unfortunately i found the explanations and guiding severely lacking. Especially the spine stretch can be very harmful when done incorrectly.
