  • This yoga for anxiety incorporates the use of yoga blocks to help bring more oxygen into the lungs while creating space to release tightness and tension within the upper body. This yoga block routine is perfect anytime you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed or uncertain and also makes a great evening and bedtime yoga routine.
    If you don't own a yoga block you can simply use a firm pillow and fold it.

    The blocks didn't help much but I switched placement like I put it under my back and it helped. Thanks
