Thank you so much for the video! The large check ball that came with the repack kit is larger than the ball that my sprayer comes with and will not fit into the cage. Everything else fits perfectly. Any suggestions?

Probably the wrong kit, if the packings fit and the ball isn't messed up, it will be fine to use.

Just hi- temp multi duty red grease.

What prep do you do for the actual packings prior to install?

I soak them in a little bit of oil if they have leather. For the teflon ones I just grease.
