    It`s great to see the lady on the left doing the modified (easier) versions of some exercises for those who can`t do the "standard" one. Really appreciate it! Thank you

      Without her modifications I would NOT do this workout at all. I do popsugar workouts only because there's a modified version, cause 1 bad knee is recovering.

    She says at the end, "You can do this workout anytime, anywhere!" And I thought, "as long as you're inside your own place if you're on virus lock down Day 6 like I am, but I get your point." Then they said they would be here for me... and I kinda got a warm fuzzy. For real. Thanks.

      drink lemon water during breaks. it’ll give you energy and give you some extra fiber to keep you a little full so you don’t over eat during the day!

      Endorphins kick in you feel amazing. Certain prescription drugs will stop this effect though.

    Great total body, arms, legs, abs and bit of cardio + strength mixed in- perfect for a 30minute workout. I also regularly rotate Taylor’s other cardio workout. I love how she uses the usual HIIT breaks fir active recovery abs. Keep the total body cardio, toning 30 minute workouts coming Anna :)

    Loved this workout! I've had a knee injury from running and have been trying to find challenging workouts like this. I incorporated some weights into moves like the lunges for an advanced move.

    I've been so grateful for PopSugar this month as I stockpile some extra fitness time between gym workouts so that I can enjoy the holidays guilt-free. I did this workout today in my kitchen tonight, in my pajamas, while waiting for the royal icing to set on my sugar cookies. I love Taylor's efficient but effective workouts and I know I'll be feeling this a little in my legs tomorrow.

    So now I did this video again, and did modifications when necessary, and when I couldn't do something at all I just did gentle stretches. And now I can see that this is really an amazing exercise video that covers every body part and really stretched me out! Thank you.

    I love these workouts!! Thank you so much for your encouragement and positive attitude. I enjoy the different levels, I usually do the average workout but sometimes I do the advanced and sometimes I do the modified version. You reach people on all levels of abilities and that means so much. My friends have asked me what I do for a workout routine and I say popsugar! I can’t express my gratitude enough.     I honestly have been too lazy to workout for the past few months. I just started to do popsugarfitness workout videos a couple of weeks ago and I feel great. I guess I just needed some motivation and believe in myself. my goal is to at least lose close to a hundred pounds by the end of 2020. I know I can do this and never give up on anything. I am just tired of being unfit.

      I went through that lull period and felt I wasn't fit enough to do any of these workouts, then I realise that modified one makes things easier, now I'm motivated to do it just because of that. You can do anything you put your mind to LittleB!

    Love these workouts so much! I was a college soccer athlete and have been out for about 3 years now. Having these workouts to keep my cardiovascular in shape is amazing! I find it difficult to push myself very hard in workouts when I am alone as I can with someone else telling me what to do! I love that these keep the pace for me as well! These workouts really help me reach a more difficult level of exercise than I would on my own and have really helped me find my motivation again to SWEAT! I find myself dripping in sweat after every single one of these! THANK YOU

    Today is my second fasting day of the week on 5:2 intermittent fasting, and I was feeling fatigued this afternoon, just wanting to lie down somewhere. I just finished this workout, and this was of just perfect intensity to break sweat and get me up and going again!

    Love love love love his workout, hate hate hate HATE all the ads they added! Just when I get in the grove an ad makes me hit the brakes. I think I counted 6 ADS in this routine when there used to be maybe 1. It's awful and makes me almost want to find a new workout channel that's less focused on making money...

    Love these 10 min no weights workouts. I made a 30 min playlist that includes 10 min each of legs, arms then abs. Have been doing it a few times per week and love them. Going to shoot for 3x going forward.

    This workout includes warmup, lower body (20 minutes), upper body (10 minutes), and short cool down. Lower body series has 3 circuits (mix of squats and lunges) repeated twice with active recovery between each circuit. Upper body series is a mix of planks and push-ups. Easy to modify if you can't jump, but the cool down could be longer.

      LOL, I had just started on doing three and my arms turn to jelly. Then I do inch worm instead of push ups. I'll try to build them arms until I can do pull-ups, which I realise is a skill and strength that can literally save your life! So just do it!

    Loved this workout! The moves were all functional and despite repetition, the way it was paced and choreographed made it fun and hardly noticeable. Also a plus that it was just bodyweight and no equipment necessary!

    Thank you for the great workout that was perfect while traveling. I brought my wrist weights and some bands to add a little extra push. The only recommendation is the amount of ads slows ya down- not against ads, but would be nice if they were grouped together in between rounds or halfway through.

    Thank you for the workout. It was hard but not too hard to finish. At the end of the workout, I was proud of myself not discouraged (which happens with a lot of times when I am not able to finish there work out)

    Liked the balance of strength/cardio sections with active recovery sections in between. This was a nicely balanced workout for me with plenty of sweat equity! Adding this one to the rotation:-)

    Love it. Good job ladies. Keep talking us through it. I only had to modify a couple but I added 3 pounds weights most of the time. (fyi: I am 68.)

    have to quarantine in the UK and needed to burn off some energy. I have definitely done that. Thanks for the modifications, I needed some of those.

    I’ve been working on series 1 for 4 days and I see a big change in my stomach area now today I’m starting series 2

    I usually dont comment on workouts, but this one WOW! It was challenging, i liked the active resting because que we kept moving all the way through the workout 👏🏽👏🏽 the only thing i wasnt a big fan was the ad in the middle of the workout but the rest... PERFECT!!
