Good review, thanks for focusing on the display. That's my big concern with these models. I have an Epix gen 2 and base Fenix 7. Both are great for different reasons. Also, your band looks fantastic on it. 👍
I brought the Garmin fenix 7x pro sapphire solar back in December, and it's awesome. The display is just right both in the sunlight and in the dark. Awesome review mate
That torch though :) Just such a useful gimmick 🤣 I love it a lot.
Yes I agree
Love it. Can you give me the link for where you bought the Velcro strap?
Good video!
Great review, thank you! What is the band, please?
I just picked up the 7 Pro Sapphire Solar. I had first bought the solar non-sapphire version and used it a couple of days but had to return it due to the display flickering. I am enjoying a lighter watch now. One thing that was obvious right away is that the display on the non sapphire model is way better (less glare and clearer) as I suspected it would be. Visability in direct sunlight is terrific on both. Hopefully the lighter new watch, with sapphire durability, is worth the extra cost. Enjoying it so far. Both are great.
I am not fan of sapphire either. I would much rather have gorilla glass and throw on screen protector. My last Fenix7 I did still scratch sapphire, so it offers a false sense of security with added glare and added cost.
@@RandoRaf Yeah, live and learn. Some have said with sapphire you just scratch a screen coating. Either way these have a limited life, like any computer. Cheers
@@RandoRafi used a screen protector on my 7 pro. 😂 Didn't put any protector on my tag heuer ironically.
had a Fenix 5 sapphire, bumped that against a wall a couple of times, literally, never had a single scratch on the screen. it's now gone for other reasons, but screen was like new after 7 years.
It looks great!
Please do a video regarding the maps in the city or walking around.
Thanks!
I dont have video but I did end up using this downtown Chicago one day and it struggled w/ the tall buildings finding signal. Once it found it seemed fine but was about halfway into my walk that it finally connected.
Thank you.
I am going to buy a Garmin Fenix 7 Pro 47mm in January.
👍
If you have blood oxygen on turn that off. My use is similar to yours and I’m getting 40% after 3 weeks!
I would say - a great flashlight, with some functionalities of a watch.
ive had my fenix 7x ss for about a week and battery life is about on 22% w/ 6 days left. not too bad battery life.
What watch band is that?
Now it has ECG. finally
What watch face are you using?
Please share where to buy this red band?

Hi, what is your wrist size??
little under 7inches
Is this a 47 or 51mm?
definitely looks like a 47mm
47 - if its 51mm it becomes an X
Are the velcro bands made by Garmin?
No they are random names
