Can your ketones be low but burn fat using fatty acids? I'm experiencing low ketones with carnivore diet. Some influencers said low ketones meant you are not using fat as energy.
There is zero scientific evidence that high blood ketones yields more or faster fat loss. Get your macros right, stay under 20g total carbs per day and you will be in ketosis :)

You can lose body fat with high low or very little blood ketones. And you can gain body fat with high blood ketones. There is no correlation.
And anyone telling you there is, I would unfollow them.
