Thank you for sharing because I tried doing the Keto baking and realized it kept me fromlosing weight and actually gained weight, now I unerstand why!. I was carnivire, but never lost weight, until I went to 20 hour fastening. I did it and lost about 20 of the 30 lbs I needed to lose, but I have now stopped that trying to find a way to to eat healthy lose weight to my goal and too have some of the things I see you guys make and not gain back my weight!

Good reminder about not overdoing nuts. I make occasional almond bread too, maybe I eat a piece now and then, but I can see how it would be easy to possibly overdo it. I've lost 40 lbs, feel great. The journey started in Oct 2023 after a bladder cancer surgery. Yes I agree on nuts. I lost 92lb and in the past year I was eating more nuts and have gained 11lb and feel my pants getting tight. I have gotten the nuts out of my house. I am doing a restart. I try to stick with real whole foods. I make my own Mayo and dressings. If I go to a restaurant I always ask them to cook in butter. Great video!!

Looking beautiful Maria… I am over 66 and don’t use any skin care.. people always compliment me on how youthful my skin is… I use a cheap tinted moisturiser but only when I go out. Never had a facial as can’t stand people touching my face or hair… haven’t been to a hairdresser for 7yrs!! I cut it myself. I make rosemary tea for my hair and brush it to get the natural oils and dry it naturally. I never go into the sun without a hat and have no sun spots or freckles on my hand and they don’t look old. I think hands and necks can give away our age more than the face. So much skin care is poison in my opinion. The sun can cause a lot of harm too. No matter what, look after your mental health and sleep well helps us to stay young. ❤

I'm carnivore and have zero carbs started 1/10/2024 at 205lbs, 5'7" tall, 52 years old and still feel sluggish, will not weigh until after 6 months or later, I used to obsess over the scale so I'm focusing on how I feel and getting settled in my new eating. I eat at 11am or 12:30, then dinner at 5:30pm, eat mostly 80/20 burger patties (3 of them) first meal, dinner, 2 patties with 10 medium shrimp, or have a steak on pork chops of not rating burger patties. Eat brown butter bites during the day to help with energy slumps. Also getting over covid, before that happened I had more energy at least to walk daily. I'm also a caretaker so stress can be high. I'll try LMNT again, bought it and didn't like the sweet afraid it would trigger me. Will drink the unflavored one. Any advice for the energy? I did 2 days of PSMF with sardines and burger partties.

what is the deal with gluconeogenesis? When I eat higher protein and lower fat (I'm 24% body fat and breastfeeding) my glucose will hit as high as 165. Is that something to worry about?
I’m looking for a little advice. I started carnivore Jan 1. I’m down 22.5 lbs but I a wisdom tooth pulled that turned into a major ordeal. Is a diet of sugar free dairy or Kiefer my only options? I have some sf pro-stat that I’ve added to some plain gelatin and water to at least give me some protein but I don’t know what else to and I’m not a smoothie kind of person. Any suggestions?

I've been clean keto 5 yrs and take electrolytes often. Any other ideas why legs hurt half way up the stairs?
You could still be low on electrolytes. Everyone’s needs are different and I recommend adjusting dosages based on symptoms 🙏
What happens if you have mitochondrial damage? I had a medical injury and now have mito damage.
