Pandan leaves (රම්පෙ)
Cinnamon (කුරුදු)
Garlic (සුදුළුණු)
Curry powder (තුනපහ)
Curry leaves (කරපිංචා)
Chili powder (මිරිස් කුඩු)
Turmeric powder (කහ කුඩු)
Chili pepper (අමු මිරිස්)
Fenugreek (උලුහාල්)
Cumin seed (සූදුරු)
Mustard powder (අබ)
Salt (ලුණු)
Coconut oil (පොල්තෙල්)
Black pepper powder (ගම්මිරිස් කුඩු)

Your videos always take me back to my Amma's kitchen 40 years ago. We had a miris gala, she used to make spices and ground concoctions there. Achchi and Amma used to cook the same way you do. Their well-caring and hard-working hands were the same as yours. Now Amma is 85 years old, I live in New Zealand surrounded by all the luxuries. But I miss the simple living I had 40 years ago in the loving and caring company of my mother. Your children are so lucky to have a down-to-earth mother like you. Bless you!
