So freaking funny! I love that they are having fun. People upset about the funny behind the scenes things or having Jesus make jokes at all need to chill out. This is a show that is making people interested in the gospel. Its great that some people can relate to the gospel using scripture alone but for many of us we need a extra piece and art is part of that.
"What did you do with your hair? You look lovely.". 😂😂😂😂😂😂. Thats the best line I heard from judas to Jesus. I can't wait for season 4.

Why do you have to hate Judas??? What he did, had to be done... We got salvation after it and it was all part of God's plan since Adam listened to Eve with his decision at the tree! All part of God's PERFECT PLAN, so don't hate him. He did what had to be done. He probably thought if he is the real messiah then he will get himself down and out of the situation.
@@robertschultz6922 I guess if you ignore the part of Judas stealing from the ministry and Satan entering him during the betrayal. 1 Timothy 6:10 to be: For the love of money is the root of all of evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. Now I don't hate him I feel sorry for him he has the Messiah standing before him and chose gold coins.
@@lance9249 I agree with your points. I was just saying it had to happen. If not we wouldn't have the new man and still would be under the old law, not have salvation, and still be going to Abraham's busum rather than heaven. God's plan is perfect in every way. I don't think it was Judas making the decision. God was actually making it, to fullfil prophecy and to correct the sin of the first Adam. If God makes the man make a decision then it's not free will which is ok, but to be fair he can't judge the deed good or bad. In other words, you don't get the blessing for any good works, nor judged for the bad works. It's just the only way he can be fair! Yes Satan entered him and made his soul turn bad, but God was ultimately in control as always. Satan can't do anything with out God's permission, as we saw in the book of Job

This show has changed my life. I grew up with a mom who had religion shoved down her throat including physical abuse. Needless to say, my mom went the opposite direction and didn't even get us baptized. She did talk about God occasionally, but I knew virtually nothing about Him, and very little about Jesus growing up. I did get baptized about 10 years ago, which was an awesome experience and I still listen to the pastor online. But, I still really didn't feel connected to Him if truth be told.
Fast forward to a few months ago when I discovered The Chosen. I've always been a visual learner, which is why it took a show to do it, I suppose. God's timing is perfect and I am about 1/3 the way through the New Testament. I am so fortunate as God gives me a physical sensation (full body goosebumps that come on in a flash/suddenly) when I'm talking about Him to others, reading the Word, watching the show, etc. I'm on the verge of tears a lot. All of this is beautifully overwhelming and such a blessing!
And what an incredible month for The Chosen! The SAG waiver, the CW roll out, TV Guide! With all of this, I have started telling people at work here and there about the show and I work at a place with a very hard heart.
I know God will continue to bless all of you! I am so grateful for all of you! ✝❤✝
So glad this show could bring Jesus to life for you I'm also a visual learner so I totally get it. Hopefully you will be able to bring your mom to salvation what a great gift bring the gospel to her with love as it should be.
@@lance9249 Thank you, Lance. She passed away over 20 years ago, but she loved Jesus by that point and had resolved her childhood wounds. God is so good!

The dance scene from Herodias' daughter that leads to the death of John the Baptist. Which means we'll also be seeing Herod. So beautifully shot. Love that there is so much detail. Just like with everything concern The Chosen. The show spares no expense. Which is why its one of the best out there. Not only in staying true to the culture and times of the bible, but in capturing the heart of moment and the message. Also the moment between Luke/Judas and Jesus/Jonathan 🤣. The balance between being in character and not 🤣
