The "What's 0.33 of a man?" joke is from episode 1 of season 2.

I love the expression of every character and especially when Jesus says “ that is a conversation for another time “. This is so wonderful and genuine. Thank you Dallas. Really love hearing the actors talking the deeper perspective and story of their characters. Like with Joanna, Pilate and his wife Claudia. Because we usually don't consider how much Jesus was changing their lives. Especially Joanna and Claudia. And I'm also to glad hear that more stories from Gospels will be brought to life. Those always excite me ❤

I am so, so, so very grateful for this series! I have not read a lot of the Bible but have used it for studying purposes. And l feel this series helps to humanize these biblical characters. At least it has for me and some of my friends. Thank you from all of us!

Pretty sure the basic answer is a better budget, but it is an amazing show and the seasons continue to get more amazing because the story itself is more amazing.

9:46am, 09-10-23. I’m so glad I was introduced to The Chosen because it has opened my eyes to things in the Gospels that I had not seen. It has made Jesus much more real and compassionate. It shows that as a human Jesus had to make some hard decisions because he had to complete the plan his Father had set in motion before time began. Thank you for taking the time to tell the story according to God’s plan.

I am very thankful for this series. Seriously, brought me back to my Bible. I have been in a rough season, and it has been difficult to open up my Bible. But the series helped me see what the characters really went through and how Jesus impacted their lives. It's amazing. It's a one or two-liner in the Bible, like the bleeding woman, or the woman at the well... but diving more into it, studying scripture, the cultural background and context, learning how difficult it was for the bleeding woman in those 12 yrs. And the genuine authentic love of Jesus, who went on earth and became 100%man and God.. a man who can make jokes and is present in good times and discouraging times. Someone who we can confide in, be our bestfriend, our Healer, etc. All the more makes me at awe of how wonderful, and beautiful God's love for us is. Keep doing your work for the Lord!! ❤❤
