I am from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and I came to understand who Jesus is and the Bible only through the 'The Chosen'. I accepted Jesus as my savior, the Living God only after watching The Chosen. Thank you Dallas and the team for their wonderful characterization, the humanitarian aspect of it especially. I could relate to them in many ways and I have encouraged many of my friends to watch it. I could not understand the Bible earlier, now the "Words" speak to me. Thank you Jesus for coming into my life, for 'choosing' me.
That's so beautiful to hear. I can completely understand how you've responded to The Chosen. I've been a Christian most of no life & even seen a number of movies about the life of Jesus Christ & His disciples - but none have come close to the beautiful & real way that Our Lord is shown as being in The Chosen. Sadly our church has closed down & my health is not good, but The Chosen has brought me closer to God & Christ - & reading my Bible - & given me an inner joy that's with me all the time. Bless you.
I love The Chosen. It gave a face to the players in the Bible. It has given me the ability to see these people as people, not just words in a large book. It would be wonderful if Dallas Jenkins would also film the Acts of the Apostles. The absolute and greatest would be if in this filming, many new flashbacks to the time of the Apostles with Jesus (Jonathan Roumie) would be shown, because there is so much more to tell about Jesus that has not yet been filmed from the limited time of seven seasons.

I’m hoping for this, too!!! lol I watched one of the after shows where one of the interviewers says something about “How about 19 Seasons!?”, and she said she wasn’t kidding. Religion "shoved down my throat"❓ NEVER‼ I am a non Christian, haven't been to church since I was 14, I'm 78 now. Jonathan plays the Jesus as I imagined him and never found in the church. This is no black and white Bible verse without heart and warmth. Everything about this is done with the HEART and you can feel it. Cinematography, acting, sets, staff, grunts and the writing is brilliant! I am hungry for more. Keep those miracles coming❣❣❣

Why people cannot find this Jesus in our churches?! I believe this is main reason why there is so much darkness in the world. Light is not shining. My church is Love and I have Christian friends, and friends who are Catholic, Buddhist, Pentecostal, Jehovah Witness, Shamanic, atheist, agnostic, and Native American. I’m trying not to think about the inevitable future because I often cry on Good Friday and during Ben Hur at the foot of the cross, but I know that I will be a blubbering mess during the Chosen’s crucifixion. I better start saving up for my therapy ❤

This is the best ever way to tell the world about Jesus. He brought out every aspect of a person's strengths and weaknesses and gave us tools to grow more like Him. This fabulous group of actors coming together to teach and show the world what life may have been like during the time Jesus walked on Earth is awe inspiring! As in the book of Ester it seems like "they were born for such a time as this" !
The show Chosen is blessed by the Lord and I am happy that the Lord touched so many people and I am excited to see all the season and want to see more other stories aside from the Chosen😊🙏❤️
Love it, this was my first time attempting to do season 1 I've been watching it and I must say between the tears for questions the scenery the characters I was awestruck. I appreciate every person that's involved the writer's you made it come alive the Bible I'm 73 years old and this is an opportunity I will cherish for the rest of my life, hopefully watching this we can get it right. I pray that you continue to have the courage to go forth with the other Seasons I've asked God to bless the writers the characters in will wait with expectations what you going to do in the future.

We are currently finishing our 8th time thru all 3 seasons. Each time we watch we see or learn something new depending on where our heads/hearts are. The cast is exceptional. Couldn't imagine anyone else playing the main characters. Congratulations to Dallas and team for a wonderful, touch the heart, series. Looking forward to season 4 and beyond.

I am not religious but "boy, oh boy!" was I drawn into this!!! The exquisite writing, directing, production and, most importantly, acting are so captivating and absorbing that it is impossible not to be moved and deeply affected. Just as a beautiful human drama weaved into extraordinary events, "The Chosen" is a groundbreaker and will go down as a television masterpiece. This is a rose perfect unto itself.
So cool you enjoy the show even though you're not religious! I am a believer but just very picky with shows and movies. 😂 "The Chosen" was actually the first show I've enjoyed in a long time - because as you said, the storytelling and acting is so excellent!

I am a fairly new Messianic Jew so this has shared so much information for me i doubt i'd get otherwise...in fact i have the series saved on my tv and I watch at least 1 and often 2 or 3 videos each night AND I always cry...so touched God opened His door and brought me into His world....so appreciate everyone in the Show and what their emotion gives me each video.

I can totally understand your watching several episodes of The Chosen - & crying every time, with the beautiful way the life of Christ & His disciples is shown.. I do the same. I can't help it. It's as if we are transported into their lives. I also find myself wanting to read the passages in The Bible that the scenes come from - then wanting to read more. And the show brings the people & stories to life so much more. It's all very beautiful.

The Chosen Series is a refreshing change to the news! It is Spiritually Uplifting, and intelligently done. The dialogue is off the chart fantastic, worth putting on the closed captioning for! Jonathan Roumie is the perfect Jesus he makes me feel that Jesus is in my living room. Somehow he disappears and Jesus appears!!He deserves an Oscar, Truly! This movie is also an education for the most important problems in life that we all face as humans. For those of us trying to be the best version of ourselves this movie provides options to problem solving. I’m so done with the news, if I get anxious from watching the news, I go back and watch an episode of The Chosen at the gym on my phone from the app. and all of my proper perspective of the world comes back. It’s that well done. Bravo to the cast and creators❤

"Matthew" amazes me! It's fascinating to see this character as someone with social struggles, maybe Asperger's. The actor does so well. And then to see Jesus accept him and meet his need to be loved and accepted.

This show depicts Jesus and all of his disciples in such a beautiful and authentic way that it has deepened and drawn me closer to Jesus. I’m hooked and I will never leave. The greatest Jesus movie ever written and played by the most amazing and talented actors. The sets actually makes you feel you are really 2 thousand years ago. The costumes right on. I ❤ the show so much that I wear my ‘Chosen’ t-shirt everywhere I go on the weekends. It makes me feel that I’m part of the cast and of course, portrays my complete ❤ for my Saviour. Because of this series, I have now read my entire bible and now doing my CIAY. I want NOTHING in this material world; nothing. I am now focused on HIS kingdom.
I actually do feel transported when I watch The Chosen - & so blessed. It's the most 'real' & beautiful depiction of the life of Christ & His disciples I've ever seen, in my many decades of life❤.❤

I am from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and I came to understand who Jesus is and the Bible only through the 'The Chosen'. I accepted Jesus as my savior, the Living God only after watching The Chosen. Thank you Dallas and the team for their wonderful characterization, the humanitarian aspect of it especially. I could relate to them in many ways and I have encouraged many of my friends to watch it. I could not understand the Bible earlier, now the "Words" speak to me. Thank you Jesus for coming into my life, for 'choosing' me.

That's so beautiful to hear. I can completely understand how you've responded to The Chosen. I've been a Christian most of no life & even seen a number of movies about the life of Jesus Christ & His disciples - but none have come close to the beautiful & real way that Our Lord is shown as being in The Chosen. Sadly our church has closed down & my health is not good, but The Chosen has brought me closer to God & Christ - & reading my Bible - & given me an inner joy that's with me all the time.

I love The Chosen. It gave a face to the players in the Bible. It has given me the ability to see these people as people, not just words in a large book. Jonathan plays the Jesus as I imagined him and never found in the church. This is no black and white Bible verse without heart and warmth. Everything about this is done with the HEART and you can feel it. Cinematography, acting, sets, staff, grunts and the writing is brilliant! I am hungry for more. Keep those miracles coming❣❣❣

Why people cannot find this Jesus in our churches?! I believe this is main reason why there is so much darkness in the world. Light is not shining. Love it, this was my first time attempting to do season 1 I've been watching it and I must say between the tears for questions the scenery the characters I was awestruck. I appreciate every person that's involved the writer's you made it come alive the Bible I'm 73 years old and this is an opportunity I will cherish for the rest of my life, hopefully watching this we can get it right. But His work requires that, for the time being, He allows the WICKED to ENJOY some of His RICHES. Those who do not practice the truth, do not please God, and interfere with His work are all evil. They CANNOT BE MADE PERFECT, and GOD HATES and REJECTS them. 😪

This show depicts Jesus and all of his disciples in such a beautiful and authentic way that it has deepened and drawn me closer to Jesus. I’m hooked and I will never leave. The greatest Jesus movie ever written and played by the most amazing and talented actors. The sets actually makes you feel you are really 2 thousand years ago. The costumes right on.
