That view to the left is Eden resort where I used to stay. the white building.i watched chic condos being built.i was paying 60,000 for a month.

Bougainvillea are very thorny plants Richie, it'll keep the kids and dogs off your flower beds. the ones you have look like vines, so the will spred everywhere !
Yes Iv been told will grow high, they are all over Phuket some grow huge with no looking after at all

Great to see things coming together...keep going through all of the stress. It will be worth it in the end! Sorry to keep banging on about the Patong storms, but correct me if I'm wrong. I think the drain is there for flood defence and you don't want the waterfall covering half of it. I only keep mentioning it because I've been in Phuket during these storms and I would hate to see some bad weather undo all of your hard work!
Yes I said the same but apparently it goes down where the fake rocks and doesn’t come that high
