    is it normal that this was harder then the normal workout you usually do? I actually don't know if this workout is supposed to be harder than the other but by the title I tought this was going to be easier 🚶🏻‍♀️

      Yes, it’s supposed to be harder cause intermediate means a harder level than beginner
