Make sure you're saving as .png or .gif. Some formats will NOT allow transparency. Also make sure you don't have an extra layer in there with a solid background. Right click your layers button and see if transparency is enabled. Generally transparency is color 0.

While in the palette-editor; you can still select/find colors from the image by just clicking on an area.

Can I get an art without bg? When I filled it with transparency color and save, anyway I get art with White bg. Do u know how to do this?
