I never had tear trough issues or a deep trough right through my cheek. It has improved over time but not back to where I was before she placed the filler to begin with.
Yes so common and sorry it happened. As you say it can be subtle. Usually an easy fix. Under the eye prf, a tad of eyelight Restylane or pdrn can do the trick. Also my volufiline cream in addition
@@suzannortega6671 Believe me, I have left my face alone since that disaster. I actually went in for a totally different thing. I had atrophy in my forehead from a nerve block done with steroid and it never returned to normal. My neurologist suggested getting a tiny bit of filler to help it along. I didn't know that's not recommended so this doctor offered to do my cheeks instead. I made a split decision to do it without doing my research and a few months later, my cheeks sagged forward. Now hearing that Dr Rajani is going to endorse one makes me very nervous. Please remember that not everyone's skin is the same depth and not everyone can tolerate even the "best" home RF devices. The same device that devastated me, might be a miracle for someone else. It's hard to hear that an endorsement is coming. 😞
Definitely watch the video Sunday. And no doubt yes....everything has risks. The best way to 100 percent avoid risk is to not treat. The problem is....that is risky to...or at least...we know that outcome. #1 is sleep, exercise ( this Definitely has risks however) and great food.
@@rajanimdskincare I'll give it a watch! I still think RF has its place -- despite the trauma the device caused me, I STILL use it on the jowls that it CAUSED on me in the first place. Very informative video Dr Rajani, thank you. I have a couple of additional questions regarding fat loss to the face. Is it possible that C02 laser could cause fat loss and could the use of regular chemical peels become problematic regarding fat loss to the face. I appreciate your input.
Thank you for all your videos. I have learned so much. I have an ongoing concern. Years ago I had filler (hematomas formed) in both cheeks that left fairly deep indents. I have had it filled with fat, sculpture and filler, but it never stays in the divot, but migrates around it- which only makes it look deeper. Any ideas?
Is it normal when the video of other Doctor keep popping up, like in the middle of this video it will be replace by the other Dr. video when you close it you will return to Dr. Rajani video where you left off. it happened 5th time it's so frustrating. It's not advertisement.
Why don’t you ever talk about Renuva when suggesting ways to replace facial fat loss? It is supposed to last up to 10 years. I would love to hear your opinion on this.
Sculptra is amazing but you need an expert injector. It's not reversible . Here is a video on it th-cam.com/video/-HadAHsy2qA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=DYTcESz9nLniRfwl
Thank you for your videos, Dr. Rajani! I have to get upper lip migration dissolved... so what brand of dissolver do I look/ask for? which ones should I NOT accept? Kind of freaking out about this... I have to dissolve, as the the filler has deformed my lips. Thank you!
I dissolved a lot of filler and was left with a completely sagging face. I looked like I’d aged 20 years and it did not come back. Tried PRF and the results were too subtle. Back to fillers and looking semi normal again.
Did you consider biostimulators.....sculptra, rejuran, gouri, plasmasculpt.....that's what I like best. But as long as you are happy excellent. But consider not too much hyaluronic filler
That’s a great and very informative video like all your videos! ❤ I have a question doctor: if I use a derma stamp, will some of my own blood plasma seep into my dermis and somehow mimic the effect of prf even by a bit?
Ha ha....I so appreciate your asking. I m older now. I have 4 distinct jobs within the skin care world. I m also active a bit on social media. I work 7 days a week to keep it going. My body now takes more time to keep everything working. Even finding real food amongst my travel is almost impossible. So it comes down to time. It would be very unhealthy to do so. Too much work and stress. That's the answer. I hope you understand. I appreciate such support and your kindness in asking.
Hi Dr. Rajani thank you for this video. I had three Morhphews 8tmts. And I did get fat loss on the areas you pointed out. What would you recommend? I believe in PRF
@@rajanimdskincare - Hi Dr Rajani. Would Sunekos also help? The previous clinic I was with over filled in areas I told them not to touch, they then charged me $600 NZD to dissolve. I've booked into a new clinic to get 3 rounds of Sunekos to try and lift my face.
I think I would just prefer a facelift lower and upper. Then I don’t have to keep coming back and putting in something that might cause cancer 10 years from now. Don’t you agree?
It's not one or another . Surgical risks are much higher...plus anesthesia risks....and after a facelift...that lasts only 10 years....you still need lasers, peels, biostimulators etc. Research it. I love facelifts . But you are not one and done

Hi dr Rajani, can you talk about some plastic surgeons on TH-cam claim that bio stimulators like sculptra only create scar tissue not new collagen so not good in the long run. Im interested in having this procedure but now I’m not sure
Thanks @reynatorres2242 I have been using sculptra for 20 years. Many of my patients go on to have facelifts. No problems. One famous beverly hills plastic surgeon thsat speaks against sculptra takes my patients no problem. I do not use sculptra 6 months before the facelift. He will accept them as long as not within 2 months. He does charge 70 to 100k for a facelift. Great guy. But you see doing these treatments delays the need for surgery. So obviously when you are in the money game you cannot support anything but surgery. My friend had a pony tail lift last year. He had 2 to for vials of sculptra every year....no problem and the surgeon came on social media saying there was no problem. Here also is a video I did with other plastic surgeons on this that you will enjoy. I jhope this helps. th-cam.com/video/SvfT8qM4Js8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=FQyCorPql93KeJ7E
Thanks for the video. I just watched, very informative. We all know that no procedure comes 100% without risk, but in your years of experience doing sculptura, how common is it that patients complain about tissue hardening, like they feel their skin physically harder and unnatural? Thanks for the quick response 🙏
Thank you for asking. I also read how many plastic surgeons do not recommend biostimuletors if you want a face lift. Most of them mentioned that the outcome of facial surgery it's compromised, and results are not satisfactory if using "permanent fillers" (sculptra among them).
@judcor7752 that's the fud. Little do they know sculptra comes from corn and beats and metabolizes to carbon dioxide and water. It's not permanent. Bellafill and silicone , bioalkamid....they are permanent

Does red light therapy cause facial fat loss?
Thank you Dr. Rajani
Same question. I’m seeing people who are regretting using red light therapy. Ppl 55+
No here is an exact video on that:

In my case, i feel like I have too much fat 😅. I just turned 30 and I feel like my cheeks look more droopy because of the fat
Very informative video Dr Rajani, thank you.
I have a couple of additional questions regarding fat loss to the face.
Is it possible that C02 laser could cause fat loss and could the use of regular chemical peels become problematic regarding fat loss to the face.
I appreciate your input.
Very very unlikely with those 2. I have never seen it. And I did co2 full ablatives for a while....not just the fractional.
Good to know.
Thank you
Thank you for all your videos.
It comes from other humans. I do not like that
If heat is bad, is ice rolling effective? Thanks for your help Dr Rajani. 😊
Yes I love ice rolling
@@rajanimdskincare thank you! I shall buy one first thing tomorrow! 🥰😊
What do you think about Sculptra? Is it also effective?
Sculptra is amazing but you need an expert injector. It's not reversible . Here is a video on it

Thank you for your videos, Dr. Rajani! I have to get upper lip migration dissolved... so what brand of dissolver do I look/ask for? which ones should I NOT accept? Kind of freaking out about this... I have to dissolve, as the the filler has deformed my lips. Thank you!
Then which type of dissolver is best ?
I dissolved a lot of filler and was left with a completely sagging face. I looked like I’d aged 20 years and it did not come back. Tried PRF and the results were too subtle. Back to fillers and looking semi normal again.
Did you consider biostimulators.....sculptra, rejuran, gouri, plasmasculpt.....that's what I like best. But as long as you are happy excellent. But consider not too much hyaluronic filler
That’s a great and very informative video like all your videos! ❤
I have a question doctor: if I use a derma stamp, will some of my own blood plasma seep into my dermis and somehow mimic the effect of prf even by a bit?
No. Because it's not concentrated. Meaning you do the spin to get concentrate the stem cells and growth factors
@@rajanimdskincare thanks a lot. Yea so it has to be needles 😅 my pain threshold is low.
Dr. Does laser hair removal on the chin and upper lip affect facial fat and aging?

Dr Rajani, why don’t you open in office on the east coast area?
Ha ha....I so appreciate your asking. I m older now. I have 4 distinct jobs within the skin care world. I m also active a bit on social media. I work 7 days a week to keep it going. My body now takes more time to keep everything working. Even finding real food amongst my travel is almost impossible. So it comes down to time. It would be very unhealthy to do so. Too much work and stress. That's the answer. I hope you understand. I appreciate such support and your kindness in asking.
So Let Me Ask This If I Use Sunscreen Are You Telling Me I Can Still Lose Fat Loss With Age?
Sunscreen only blocks 50 percent of uv. Some sun is important
Hi doctor, is newa going to be one of the devices for next week video?
Hi Dr. Rajani thank you for this video. I had three Morhphews 8tmts. And I did get fat loss on the areas you pointed out. What would you recommend? I believe in PRF

GRACIAS DOCTOR

Sooo… what about gaining weight??
I notice my thicker aunties have the cutest faces. Their cheeks are plump!
What about fat grafting to fill cheeks and under eye?
Yes can be done but you need a harvest location
Exactly!
There’s a skin coach that preaches LED melts fat on the face. How factual is this?
Led refers to how the light is made...it's the technology. Light emitting diode. What wavelength, what product, is it giving off heat. My led face mask is built for the face. No heat. Exact wavelengths and quality. You never want heat or poor quality and you want exact wavelengths. Of course I use and test my products on real patients in real life in a real clinic.
