    Salamat po sa videos MO doc. Sobrang informative at ang sarap Lang manoof lage. Ang dami ko nang na download na mga videos nyo po. Lalo na ito kasi natural na paraan Lang Para mapababa cholesterol ng nanay Kong 73 yrs old.

    Ask ko lang po, anu po talaga tama, if may uric acid, gout and arthritis, advisable b din po ba to eat beans and nuts????

    Last year tumaas yung cholesterol ko, 6 months ata ako nag meds para bumaba .. ang masama tumaas din uric ko so di ako makakain ng mga nuts and legumes haha .. nadaan naman sa gamot. Need ko na rin pala magpa check up uli hihi

    Doc ask ko lang po kung healty din po bang kainin ang isdang hito or catfish? Pwede din po ba syang isama sa diet mataas po kasi ang triglycerides ko salamat.

    Pagkain bumaba ang cholesterol 1. Oats
    2.Whole Grains
    3.Beans
    4. Eggplants and okra
    5. Nuts.. almond
    6. Canola oil, sunflower oil
    7. Plants sterols
    8. Prutas.. apple , strawberry, grapes, citeus friuts
    9. Soya o tufo
    10. Fatty fishes a week😊
