    Living proof po ako, Doc Dex. I started intermittent fasting Nov 2020 and lost around 6kgs since then. I literally "break the fast" by eating breakfast 😅

    Intermittent fasting po ako no breakfast 12pm na ang meal ko at 4pm qng dinner bumaba weight ko 152-137 sa loob ng 1month❤❤❤ im 57yrs old

    Personally, napansin ko rin po mas gutumin ako sa umaga and then habang humahapon na, humihina na appetite ko. As in kahit tubig na lang hinahanap ng katawan ko sa hapon.

      What I usually do to my clients, you need to adjust your food intake for breakfast based po sa adjusted time schedule nyo if what time kayo nagigising/natutulog, etc. RND rin po ako 😊

      Graveyard din ako 3am-12. I break my 18-20 hours of fasting ng mga between 6-8 am pero light lng tas early lunch ng 10:30-11:00 then I stop eating na until the next day

      Breakfast is breaking the fast. Fasting includes regular sleeping time not necessarily in the evening.

    Full watch lagi! Siksik talaga sa information Doc. Thank you very much!! Timely information for me to change my eating habits kc ng plateau na ako sa weight ko. I will try and eat bfast lunch and early dinner focusing on their quality and quantity. Mas active ako sa umaga so it makes more sense na mabiburn ko whatever kinain ko esp ngbabantay ako nang toddler while doing household chores. God bless po!     Gusto ko sana mag breakfasts kaso night shift ako.. hindi naman ako pwedeng mag breakfast sabay tulog.. umaga kasi ako natutulog.. mas maganda kasing matulog ng walang laman ang tyan. Baka magka acid reflux pa ako.

    Thanks Doc been fasting for 5 weeks. 14-10. 14 hours fasting skipping breakfast. Di pa po ako nagtimbang kaya diko alam kung may pagbabago sa scale. Ngayon babaguhin ko ang fasting ko. Salamat sa kaalaman po Doc Dex. God bless🙏

    Sa umaga umiinom po ako ng tubig isang baso 10 minutes later iinom ako abc juice .. 30minutes later mag ka kape ako no sugar .. kc ndi ko talaga kaya pag walang kape 😢 .. nag pa fasting kc ko 9-5 lang po ako nakain ..

    Doc sana may video din kayo kung anong pwedeng intervention sa mga pre schooler na picky eater, yung daughter ko ang gusto lang niyang ulam is hotdog and egg, napapakain ko lang siya ng meat and veggies kapag lumpiang shanghai. 😔 pag pinapatry ko siya ng ibang food ayaw niya talaga. 😭

    Doc, how about kung lagi nalang over time sa work (12-1 am na matulog) tapos nakagising mga 10-11 am? Tas gusto magbawas pa ng timbang, anong gagawin ko?
    (From 82 kls to 72 kls due to the water fasting and intermittent fasting as per recommended by Doc Adam)
    EDIT: Since you heart my comment so meaning okay lang pala mag water fasting including drinking of green tea and intermittent fasting, don't worry Doc, nag walking lang po ako from 3k to 5k steps per day 😁 hopefully soon mag collab kayo ni Doc Adam at Doc Alvin 😁

      Doc, dba as you lose weight mgbabago dn ang BMR mo? Yung calorie in that you made mention that should be less than your calorie out, is it the same with calorie deficit or achieve your calorie requirement and have a calorie out more than your Calorie requirements?

    And if nagco coffee po, ayos lang po ba 1 tbsp brown sugar? May iba kasi na they drink their coffee w/o sweeteners pero di ko kaya hehe.

    Sa akin po may isang Online Fitness Influencer na nagre-recommend magtake ng Herbalife pero duda po ako kasi ni-re-recruit din po ako para maging Fitness Influencer, pampapayat daw po yun.
    Pero hindi po FDA Approve ang Herbalife 🤔

    Hello po doc Dex good day po..
    Panu nman po sa part namin na mga OFW late lagi kain namin, naghahapunan kami past 1am, tulog ko po is 5 or 6 am na, then gising is 12noon tas breakfast 2 or 3 pm na coffee and 1 pc of toast, sometimes eggs.. Anu po bah ang mainam na kainin pra makuha PA din ung nutrients even late ung kain at ung oras NG pagkain din.. Sana mabigyan MO po ako NG tips Kung anu po ba dapat kc nahihirapan din po ako Maka tulog pag oras na NG tulog, waiting for your reply doc thank you and more power, God Bless po..     Doc, clarify lang, nothing wrong naman kapag unsweetened dark cocoa ang kakainin diba? Maraming ati-oxidants ang unsweetened dark chocolates! What really makes them unhealthy is when they are loaded with sugar di ba?

    The nutritionist i had did not ask me to limit my food as long as its healthy but i lost almost 20 kilos considering i eat more in his program versus when i am not on a diet. he is against starvation diet

    Doc may recommend po ba kayo para po sa father ko may diabetes po kasi sya at the same time nag dialysis po sya. Ano po ba dapat niang kainin doc?
