These videos are coming out at a great time for me, thanks for the awesome and CPU-friendly tips!
Great video again, I like the direction of the new content (the stuff w miami as well) and great to see you buzzing along with reaper as well🤘🤘
Awesome! I always recognized this sound but I didn’t know how to replicate it until now. Keep up the good work🤘👊
So, THAT's how to do it! I could never get it to sound right by automating the mix up on a reverb as a insert directly on the vocal channel. Thanks Joey!
Glad I could help!
Love these tips!
That was cool Joey! thank you
Thanks Joey you rock!
Extraordinarily helpful - thank you!!!
I use a combination of sends and throws with this technique I developed. I use a send for delays and verbs, but use a side chained gate instead of automation. Then I trigger the gate with throws.
Love this, thanks, goiing to try some of this out
I'd definitely go for 5 and then process it with the tips you used in your reverb processing video.
Thank you 🙏❤️
great trick, :) they're always so easy once you see them done
Exactly the tips I was looking for... I even went one step further further by experimenting with a tape stop effect on the reverb tail :)
Yeah, I was thinking didn't I watch this already when I saw the video :)
Another great one, full with awesome tips...
Automating Vibrato in Level 4 would be cool!
Killer video! Skybox rips
Great great tips. Definitely using that mod knob with great responsibility 😁👍🏽
2 or 3 would do the trick in most cases but the more effected ones could be perfect in the right place. Cool ideas here!
You are awesome>...... Cool presentation
Shimmer sounds so hard, my favorite level
great video! i’ve been over-complicating reverb throws for years 😂😂
awesome 👍😎
I love that you use Reaper now
Great video. Very straight forward and easy to understand. Quick question, what daw are you using in this video?
Reaper with Smooth 6 skin
its automating how you would mix in real time with an analogue station
or dub, i mean... reggae stylee
I love this song man!!! Whats the name of the song???
🤟😜
I'd use level 2
Do you have your delay after your reverb in your signal chain?
I'm loving that you are using Reaper. The BOSS daw.
What’s the name of this song? Sounds amazing
I just wanna know what reaper theme is this :3 Looks super clean
The theme is called "Smooth 6" search for it on reaper forum, its a great looking theme, definitely worth donating to the designer.
What reaper theme is that? Looks so clean!
I want to know that too
@@Hellridermario smooth 6 :D
Yes, the theme is called "Smooth 6" search for it on reaper forum, its a great looking theme, definitely worth donating to the designer.
When you’re doing any type of parallel processing, or copy and pasting tracks for throws such as this, does it matter if the parallel track or the copy and pasted track isn’t processed the same as the main one you copied?
imho, it is even better for creating depth and making things interesting. maybe you can automate the pan of those two tracks to opposite sides in that specific part for getting more depth.
how does he copy the dublicate without cut it ?
Why not just use a send?
Which Reaper Theme is this?
Smooth 6
I'd maybe put the chorus in but leave out the vibrato
may I ask why not cubase in this video?
I recently upgraded from cubase 6.5 to 11 thinking that I was missing out but now I’m completely lost.
It seems like a totally different daw. Sorry to bug. Just would appreciate your thoughts on the matter.
Thanks again for the awesome vids man.
We use reaper for these videos. It’s just a daw. The concepts are the same pretty much in any daw.
