Great job on staying consistent! I'm so happy for you! The lower belly is the hardest to get rid of. I have it too, cause I choose to have a regular diet.
I'm a 58 year old obese woman, 232 pounds, with a big stomach and I was able to get through the first 3 rounds (30 minutes) of this workout. If I can do that, then anyone can! I like that each section is 10 minutes long and between each exercise you go back to walking. The music is not obnoxious and I like that there is no talking, each exercise between the walking is different so you aren't bored doing to same thing over and over again. I am looking forward to incorporating this into my health plan to get at least 150-200 minutes of exercise each week. I have had a sedentary job for many years and am finally looking at retiring this year and I want to be a healthy person when I do so I can enjoy it!
I’ve followed many other TH-cam exercise videos and must say yours is by far the best one. The format is excellent and easy to follow while not being too easy to do. I’m 65 and hate exercising indoors but the weather has been prohibitive this winter. So glad to have your videos to use. Thank you!

I love how this workout makes me feel energized, renewed, and more elongated through my spine and limbs.
