    Did this workout while quarantining in my hotel room on my business trip . What I do is I watch something interesting (Netflix show) on the big screen (tv or iPad) and play a workout like this on my phone with no volume beside the tv . Makes the time go by so fast and before your know it, you’ve finished your workout AND watched an episode of a show. Thank you for another great workout!

    I just did this workout .. and I can you that
    . That work out rocked .. I mean I'm a runner 🏃‍♂️ weight 🏋️‍♀️.. that work out out I burned 400 calories on an empty stomach .. steps were 8,528 .. went 5.94 km .. my heart Rate was the highest ever 120 beats per minute ... thanks so much burpee girl ❤😊

    Review: 7500-7800 steps approx, after moving through the water breaks and black and white sections.
    I would say, even at that it's a steal. I was looking for something as low impact and musical as this through my second trimester. Loved it 😍😍

    I used a sweat waist band with this workout. My calorie burn was higher than usual, so was my sweat rate. I don`t know if the sweat band played a part in my increased calorie burn, or if this workout really did it for me.
    I tracked this workout using 2 bands: Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi MiBand5
    Amazfit 5: 6,39 km, 9112 steps, 540 calorie burn
    Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 9,03 km, 9023 steps, 602 calorie burn
    Numbers for half the workout (4 rounds):
    Amazfit 5: 3,14 km, 4490 steps, 258 calorie burn
    Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 4,39 km, 4406 steps, 285 calorie burn
    I`m posting real pictures of my calorie burn for each workout on Instagram. Check them out!
    NOTE: The only breaks I take during my workouts are between rounds. Feel free to prolong your walking breaks for up to 1 minute to increase your burning time (walk around the house, drink some water...). Hope you get a higher calorie burn than mine!

    I actually get around 9960 steps! (Sometimes I catch myself doing it faster than you, so maybe thats why!). I began a few weeks ago and began with 7500 steps video! Thank you for your workouts, I feel lighter, in a better mood as well!

    Today decided to try one of your old walking workouts to compare it with new ones. Yes, there is some difference like no progress bar on the screen and you repeat the exercises. Definitely your workouts are getting better and better each day! 💪🏻
    Nevertheless they are still effective (made almost 10 K and burnt 520 kcal!!🔥) and fun! Plus your shining smile and dedication make me stronger!😌😉

    Tried this just now… I burnt 236 active calories 7500 steps with walking in break aswell.
    I’m 52kg 27yr old with 5’2ft I do HIIT workout daily for min 1 hour! Today tried this as I took vaccination but wanted to be active !

    Ok I know I say this a lot but this is the most I’ve said this a lot (including yesterday 😂) but this was the BEST & I’m sweating even more than yesterday! I loved so many moves, like the light hops around min 46, the “gorilla walk” to a high knee around 53-54 mins, the different fun moves, but it was still intense. This is the BEST! I know it’s an oldie, but it was a GOODIE 💕💕💕

    Thanks girl ..today is first day....one of my friend suggested me this video... amazing work out...but only thing my step is 6900 n calories 250.

      It's wrong for sure! You burn more in one hour of walking only.... this has additional cardio moves. Try some others and see if the calorie burn is more similar. If it doesn't it's your tracker. What tracker did you use? Oh, one more thing! I recommend that you immediately switch to the next exercise during the black and white sections, and only take breaks between rounds. Those should be prolonged active breaks!

      @@sejalshah4991 Let me know! As a reference, all my workouts burn between 45 and 60 calories per round. Depending on the lenght of the round and intensity

      @@BurpeeGirlLiss hi tried again ...step is same 6700 but calories burn 510.... almost double than yesterday...only m not able to hand movements as fast as yours...may be thats the reason....thanks a lot....
