Empire State trail Bike ride. Poughkeepsie to New Paltz

Summer 2023 I rode Bike New York’s Discover Hudson Valley Ride. The race began at Victor C Waryas Park in Poughkeepsie and the first portion of the race gave the riders a taste of the Empire State Trail, as we rode over the Hudson River Walkway bridge.
Since I am always looking for a new adventure and a way to keep training for my upcoming BikeMS races I took advantage of this beautiful Saturday and rode from Victor C Waryas park in Poughkeepsie, to the Bicycle Depot in New Paltz NY.
