Bikepacking the Empire State Trail from Albany to NYC

Bikepacking the Empire State Trail from Albany, NY, to New York City, NY. This trip was taken over 4 days during the 4th of July weekend of 2022.
After setting out from Albany, we stayed overnight in Germantown, New Paltz, and Ridgefield.
This is a great trail network, and definitely worth the trip!

The Empire State Trail is a gem. I've done the Erie Canal part and the NYC-Albany stretch all the way from NYC to Kingston, will be closing the Albany-Kingston gap this summer. I have the Rousse Point stretch on my bucket list.
