Hey about the duvet being on top, sometimes duvet covers are just not available bc the host doesn't even know what they're doing 😂
Exactly. Usually in a walk through or first day we would notice what we are working with and if they dont have everything we need to turn the unit, we suggest they get it or we can get it.
