Thank you. There’s a steel beam $$$ there in order to keep that open space width without having a column, apparently if you go wider than 27ft of so you need steel. But it worked out well adding that design function

@@freestylinwithrickey6805 as they say 20yrs ago is the best time to buy but the next time is now/when you are able to. Trying to time the market and or predict it gives room for heartbreak and failure but when you buy with right expectation then it’s all good. When we bought our lot(at the beginning of Covid), it seemed expensive and people were saying the market will crash and it’s not the best time, but we bought it with the mind that it was for our family and whichever ways we loved the lot. 1yr later the price has gone up almost 100%. Either way even if the price dipped a bit, we still love it and know it’s just a matter of time before the price goes back up. It always goes up eventually.
E ku ise! This house is quintessential but it's the diy touches they really set it apart and make it unique. You guys look very successful so your ability to still be able to strap on the tool belt and make things is a powerful combination. I love the low roof line so much better than the original proposal. I recommend painting your media room a dark color. It enrichens the colors out of the projector. Oh, and trust me on this- for that size room you need at least 4x 18 inch subwoofers. With your diy skills you can build them very very inexpensively

If we do a neighborhood it may be in Katy or Richmond...but when we get land we'll probably go more North. Not sure...it gets a little overwhelming. But thank you so much for offering your knowledge.
