I can’t stop watching this empty house tour for a lot that was put together .it is beautiful especially the personal touch of the wall as we enter . Good job guys .it is an encouragement to others bringing talents out .
Thank you. There’s a steel beam $$$ there in order to keep that open space width without having a column, apparently if you go wider than 27ft of so you need steel. But it worked out well adding that design function

E ku ise! This house is quintessential but it's the diy touches they really set it apart and make it unique. You guys look very successful so your ability to still be able to strap on the tool belt and make things is a powerful combination. I love the low roof line so much better than the original proposal. I recommend painting your media room a dark color. It enrichens the colors out of the projector. Oh, and trust me on this- for that size room you need at least 4x 18 inch subwoofers. With your diy skills you can build them very very inexpensively
It’s amazing to have the technical know how to tackle projects yourself, and save money, i would love to do that but I don’t think it would turn out right lol

@@JoyFamm Yeah, I'm trying to weigh the costs. Custom building may have to wait for house number two but you've prompted me to do some more researching on it. If we do a neighborhood it may be in Katy or Richmond...but when we get land we'll probably go more North. Not sure...it gets a little overwhelming. But thank you so much for offering your knowledge. I appreciate it 🙏🏽
@@lilbenzito Im not sure if you saw our video on buying land and the one about selecting a neighborhood, we share a little of our own journey. but yes i feel you. the world has changed slightly in the last year and a half, its making more sense to go further out to get what we want, however what you are doing is the right way to go, way your options and dont turn a blind eye to either, we cant be the one limiting ourselves when we havent considered all options. Probably down the line after we are done with the video ideas and we currently have lined up, we probably will also compare various communities and part of town, i'm thinking that might also be of value to people. initially I just thought the north side was for a certain demographic and it was too expensive until I came up here and loved it.
