Please understand our abbreviation of certain phrases and bleeping certain words isn't a choice, it's to abide by TH-cam's content policies so we don't get this video or our channel taken down. Even talking about Takoda's case outside of a TH-cam-approved news channel has lead to videos from other creators unable to be found by the TH-cam search function. Takoda no longer has a voice, and we still want to be able to do our part to raise awareness about cases like these despite the hurdles one has to jump through to do so on this platform.
If you appreciated this video, pressing the like button would mean a lot to us.
    Thank you, we love you.

Cps should not make appointments for a visit. Abusive parents/care givers should not be given the opportunity to prepare & also scare the kids into not say anything. Of course the house will be clean & food in the cupboard when u plan a visit to check for these things. Also if there is red flags at school they should not be allowed to remove the child from school where they would be even more isolated & vulnerable.

I know. & I know some children in some horrible situations as we speak & cps is a JOKE! Every time myself, family members, & school employees have called, they do a visit, & when we call for an update (and FINALLY get our call returned) tye case is closed for "insufficient evidence of abuse" Even with visible bruises! They just accept excuses like "he fell off the trampoline" (Even though he's 2 & he doesn't get on the trampoline.) In one instance The 3 year old children were found outside @ 3 o clock in the morning while the "mother" was passed out drunk. On one Instance we were called by the 8 year old screaming & crying because the "mother' was on drugs & stabbing herself with a metal fork saying she wanted to die & threatened to kill the 8 year old when he tried to stop her. & everytime they leave & close the case... 😔

So torturing a ten year old boy for years then shoving a table leg up his rectum causing enough damage to kill him doesnt warrant the death penalty. The justice system really needs an overhaul when it comes to children being abused. This was horrifying to hear, most of the time I sat with my eyes closed from the pain of just hearing what this child went thru. I truly pray that the monsters who did this get to feel at least some of the terror, horror and pain this kid felt when they die, preferably in a long drawn out death

You can't torture someone to that extent and not intend to kill them. He may not have meant to kill him that day but it certainly was the end goal in my mind. Fucking ridiculous but not surprised. The justice system and CPS failed this baby at every turn. They have blood on their hands as well.

@Shane Doe look, just because somebody is from the ghetto it doesn't automatically make them neglectful or bad parents. My parents were extremely poor and I was raised in the ghetto. We didn't have much money and it was a scary place live, but my parents never neglected or abused me. They loved me and did everything in their power to provide for me through my whole childhood. I was never hit or even spanked. Maybe they/I are in the minority but the generalization of the term "ghetto parents" is offensive
Edit: I also wanted to add that I'm not trying to offend you. I just wanted to make you aware that not every "ghetto parent" is ignorant or evil like these people

A *shocking* lack of critical thinking skills there, *especially* for a bunch of teachers!! *EDIT* I’m referring to the fact that Takoda’s teachers didn’t connect the dots enough to realize they should *not* have complied with Takoda’s “dad” and given him *actual* daily updates of Takoda’s behavior. I had the great misfortune of not only being locked up in Montgomery County during the time this case was waiting to go to trial, but I was also assigned the bed next to Amanda Hinze. Her sister was in a smaller pod best door. Because Amanda was considered a high profile case she was assigned the bunk closet to the C.O.'s
This was a 60 woman open pod, meaning 5 rows of 6 bunk bed style bunks. Amanda was in the first bunk and I was in the 2nd next to her. (Not that this part matters but I was in jail for a bad check and spent 3 weeks next to this monster.)
She was openly referred to as BK (baby killer) and it did not phase her. At all. She spent her days snuggled up with another inmate, she spent hours on the phone (which is extremely expensive if you've never been to jail)...and I was stunned by the sickening amounts of commissary and care packages of coffee, candy, soups, etc that her mother bought for her 4 times a week. Amanda was loud, aggressive, showed no shame, and told anyone who would listen that she was innocent and so was "her man". I kept my nose in a book and made absolutely no interaction with her. There are some things that happened in that house we found out about that prosecutors didn't even know. Because although she swore her innocence there were also details leaked that only Amanda could've known, I will not repeat what those things were. When I was released after 3 weeks I kept an eye on her trial.
30 years she was sentenced. Not nearly enough.
And I will say one other thing.. when the "father" was first brought into Montgomery County, the men beat him so bad his eyelid and part of his lip were hanging off his face. He was in medical for quite a while. I pray he felt every bit of pain that himself inflicted to that baby. May he and Amanda both rot in hell. They are the very definition of human trash.

I had a student in my first grade classroom who had a sister who was in an older elementary class in my building. She was being sexually abused and the teacher reported it to administrators who reported to the police. The family quickly moved out of town, like over night, and after that we could do nothing and I never heard about what happened to those kids again. You were deemed worthy of loving and guiding these kids and you are damn well going to honor that blessing by being the best damn mommy you can possibly be and then some for them. The children who are severely and obviously abused, get left in the home with the abuser(s;) while the children who are loved and cared for, get removed from the home for the simplest 'issues.' There is so much money involved in the kidnapping and rehoming of 'normal' or unscathed children. Many of the abused children end up deceased, or abused even worse. The system has little to no financial interest in the so-called damaged goods. CPS will make good parents jump through hoops to keep their children or to get them back. If any injuries were reported, they would have asked the child to see them. If Dakoda was hurt this bad, it is extremely hard for me to believe that the teachers couldn’t tell something was wrong! They all failed him. This is horrible! 😢 💔

Why I decided to listen to their jailhouse phone calls is beyond me - initially i think i just thought it would honor Takoda in some way... the level of denial is astounding to me. Not just of the father but the entire household. Its almost as if the sisters sold out Takoda to get Al to focus the anger onto his son and not on them. So much so that they both said during their interrogation that if Takoda touched anything, it would smell and be ruined. This is why he only had one pair of shorts....that on occasion they made him wash them while wearing them in the shower. Toys? No can do, he stunk them up. Books? Sorry. Full of feces. Al said at one point that the smell was so 'loud' that it dripped down the stairs like melted butter. This child was so mortified of these pigs that he would go to the bathroom and immediately eat it.
As another poster said, I too have a pretty high tolerance for the depraved and disgusting. But I was not prepared for the details of what these monsters did to Takoda.
      I will be forever haunted.
He was pulled from school after they learned that the teachers were washing his clothing and brushing his teeth.
I hope they see Takoda in their nightmares.
Ive not heard of a case of such systemic, constant abuse. He never got a break. Literally. It was all day, every day. Then, when he was being 'home schooled', it was 24 hours of abuse. Standing in one position....legs crossed, bent over. Those fucking pigs watched him on the monitor in their living room and reported back to Al.
Yeah I cant think about it for too long at a time.

So it may not have been an environment at all, where they were afraid of McNasty more like they were both vying for mcnasty's intimate attention. Which turns my stomach just to think about it🤮
Probably turned those two females on to watch the sexual abuse on camera.

    • @moiraeiynck6220

@@selfesteem3447 Yeah....hes a charmer, isnt he? Ive listened to so many of these calls that I catch myself referring to "that one..." and identify the children by how they were tortured....I point that out because I think what happens is that these abusers (which for Takoda was EVERYONE) maybe start out being complacent out of fear, desensitized and then go into full on -as my mom would say- 'denial is not just a river in egypt' kind of denial.
It seems to me to be glaringly obvious that of these 3, the one whos most hip to the script was Jennifer. You know, the one they all call stupid. I think she understood from day 1 what was going to happen and what she was expected to do. And, more importantly, what not to do. The worst one- for me- is Amanda. She left that home every day and chose to sacrifice Takodas safety...LIFE....every day. Ive not heard Amanda say anything to anyone about Takoda. Only when shes talking to him while he was in jail and all that was Amanda backing up whatever he said....she was so starved for positive interaction with him that once he started in on how much he loves her, she was in it to win it.....shed have done anything for him and at that time she was the only one who could. He sounded like he didnt believe Amanda would turn on him, when talking to his friend, even to the extent of not being able to EVER tell her that her sister was sleeping with him as well. (Not that it matters, but who even knows if thats true)
My favorite part of these conversations was reading the letters between the 2. By favorite I mean the interaction between the 2 that showcases their depravity with complete clarity. He would say "Baby I love you, whats going on?" and she would tailor her responses to make it look like shes all about him and shes gonna get him out, Takoda was an awful child who brought it on himself. At one point she tells him "I knew that you wanted to know and that noone except me could tell you so I had to get to you"....Im paraphrasing. Its probably the only time he was at her beck and call and she lapped it up. I still havent heard much from Amanda about what happened.
I feel like vomiting every time I think about those monsters.

CPS are failing all children. They are profiting from child trafficking. That’s why you see them not do anything about severe cases even giving the child to the abusive parent in family ‘court’. They then use these horrific cases to justify why they need to exist and get more funding.
But if it is a healthy baby or a toddler or a healthy loved child they will seize that child with police on no grounds and put it in abusive pedophile ‘foster homes’ . That’s what they do. It’s sickening.
Most of missing and trafficked children come from foster care. I wonder if organ trafficking is also involved. The vast majority of foster children are on psychiatric drugs to keep them docile and quiet.
It is beyond evil and it’s real.

Man that interrogation had my anger and sadness to points that I didn't know existed. I would have zero remorse or hesitation in shoving a butcher knife up into his disgusting ass and slitting him straight up the middle right up through his deplorable fing face.
What he did and what those two excuses of women participated in and/or ignored, was just depraved. How can someone torture anyone, let alone their child like that?!? I honestly pray they all get the same and worse done to them in prison, every day for the rest of their miserable lives

I want to say that the women who helped abuse this child are horrible. Telling on him so his dad could abuse him more? They are just as bad and all 3 should have gotten the death penalty. There are a lot of women in prison who wish they could see their own children. The woman who abused this child as well as the dad: I hope you have a very hard time in prison.

I totally agree with you! I could never sit by & watch or allow someone to abuse a child!! Or any living being! What's wrong with these people?? In my younger years I spent some time in jail (drugs), & believe me, any women who were there for abusing a child did NOT have an easy time of it. Those women were told not to let the rest of us know why they were really there, but somehow we always found out about the child abusers. They definitely had to sleep with one eye open.

That entity isn’t a man, but the devil himself and he got away with murder. Literally. For him to act so nonchalant and play the victim is infuriating. I hate that no one protected Takoda and that he was all alone. If only one person stood up for him his “farher” (he doesn’t even deserve that title) would be on death row. His whole story was lie… He is a psychopathic sadist who abused that poor boy for years in the absolute worst way possible. When death is your only relief your life must have been hell… poor Takoda. I pray he’s in heaven now.

@Rosé Noire 🖤 Thank you for this deep & personal response. Takoda suffered greatly & the whole world 🌎 FAILED HIM !!! Sadly, death was his only release. This man was not a father but a demonic sperm donor. The father HATED this child for some reason...his OWN SEED.
      * Every teacher who interacted with this child & did not push for social services or reported his father to principal & police, should be punished and stripped of income & put in the rubber room on desk duty, before being placed on a permanent list of NEGLIGENT emergency child abuse reporters.
      * CPS workers who visited the home, hopefully was were FIRED !
