    PLEASE NOTE: We are forced to overly censor any pictures of minors in our videos due to being threatened with channel termination over our Adrian Jones case. We are aware that other channels get away with doing so, but it does not change the fact that we have to follow TH-cam's harsh requests in order to keep our channel up. We're sorry that we cannot better honor Brittany, Tatianna, N'Kiah, and Aja by showing pictures of them. If you appreciate what we are doing, please support us on our journey by hitting that subscribe button.

      Since larger channels tend to have less of these issues, then you’re absolutely correct about the action to take. The more subscribers you have, the more valuable you are to TH-cam. It shouldn’t work that way but it clearly does. I hope YT eventually does back off from from its discriminatory threats and intimidation against you.

      Almost every time a child is pulled out of public school it comes after a report to CPS. That's the most crucial time. Parents do not know what they are doing. They don't teach. They just say they do and do enough to avoid the law. It should be illegal to home school if a child can't pass certain tests.

    • @blondien6072

      @@blondien6072 disagree, every/most homeschooled child isn't abused, I would not appreciate DHS showing up to my house every month just because I homeschool....now it would be more logical to say the local school system should check in on homeschooled kids progress and if they are failing or doing worst than when in school then maybe some more investigation should be held.

    I was locked up with her in federal prison. She thought her oldest was possessed because of the clothes she wore and how she acted. I know she had her locked in a room with no food for months. I was always told she died of starvation and was stabbed afterward. The 3 younger girls did die within a few days of each other from starvation. They had also been locked in a room on and off for months. She was EXTREMELY religious in an overly weird way and talked freely of her crimes.
    She kept to herself for the most part and most people left her alone other than some small talk every now and then. Mostly out of curiosity.
    She had been addicted to PCP and it caused some permanent damage. That along with already existing mental illness caused hallucinations. Mostly auditory. At that point in time she probably could have been found insane at the time. As heinous as her crime was it was somewhat sad when you heard her tell her story. There was obviously some sort of disconnect because of her mental state, but there was definitely a deep understanding and responsibility if that makes sense. That's not being exactly sympathetic. She did kill her kids.
    She had zero outside support so she would make and sell things to people. Arts and crafts things. Most of the time the people that bought them bought them as gifts for their families at home. Sometimes they were bought for their children's birthdays. Some knew what she did and some didn't. The ones that knew what she did and still sent things that she made home to their own kids made me feel weird. I wouldn't want to send something to my kids that was made by someone that killed theirs.
    Also, my charges pertained to drugs. I've been out for years and haven't ever looked back. I definitely learned a lot about people though. I met people that worked for Mexican king pins, bank fraud masters assistants (Bernie Madoffs secretary), and people like her that killed their kids. A lady that we called granny had killed her husband and drove around with his body in her trunk for MONTHS. She was in her 70's and was there for life.

Child services, her mother, etc. So many people just fall through the cracks and then things like this happen.

      There are a number of non-"I know what I did was wrong and so therefore I knew my actions were wrong in the moment so I am therefore a mostly sound of mind murderer" reasons why someone like her wouldn't let the officers upstairs. Trying to protect them from the demons she was sure her daughters were. Privacy. Not wanting anyone to see her daughters in that state. She may not even have known why she didn't want them to go up there and just tried to impede them on instinct. Not every mentally ill person is going to say "look what i did". My friend's mom is mentally ill and extremely paranoid about things and is verbally very abusive. When she gets in her bad states she cannot be reasoned with, misremembers reality, and is very much convinced she's the only one who cares/understands/knows what is really going on. recently she was sure the building I live in (which is owned by her son and rented by me and my roommate) would catch fire and all her worldly belongings inside would go up in flames. Prior to her falling out with me (from trying to calm her down) she cared about me dying, but now she doesn't.
      Don't underestimate how mental health can wreck someone's brain.

      How is it anyones fault but hers? Yes she grieved heavily but she. Someone has a mental disorder and she was abusive, it doesn’t matter who try’s to help; if she doesn’t want help of any kind she won’t be receptive. Rest assured she didn’t have to have all those children she chose to she had options poor or not. I have family similar to her I know. The only people I blame other than her is the people at CPS they failed those babies

    I HATE when "legal heirs" sue agencies in cases that THEY did not care about prior. They didn't give 2 shits when it could have mattered. They didn't care to look into the wellbeing of this family. These children were dead for at least 7 months. An agency that has hundreds of cases may have overlooked things but what about the family? There was 1... ONE... single family to check on, yet this happened. Then they get rich from it. If the family did not seem concerned, it seems like the agencies involved could have been easily duped. I guess I get so frustrated when I see people who did not give a crap while their family member(s) were alive but when something happens where they can get something- they jump on it....

    I just learned of a case that happened about a week ago, involving a 36-year-old woman, Lacey Fletcher, that is so unbelievably bizarre, tragic, shocking and heartbreaking, that I had to immediately share it with every true crime TH-camr I could think of.

    Correction: Lacey passed on January 3, 2022. Her parents were arrested and indicted last week.

    Something just doesn’t add up for me. If someone really believes their kids are possessed by demons to that extreme, it seems unlikely they would at the same time be present enough to understand that what they’re doing - slowly murdering their kids - will get them in trouble if they are caught, which this woman did. She didn’t want anyone involved because she knew that what she was doing was wrong. If she was having hallucinations and thoughts like that, there’s no way she’d be thinking coherently about not getting caught.

    • @silvergirl7810
      @silvergirl7810 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I don’t know, she might have scraps of societal norms left rolling around in her head- those things like having the outside staying ‘out’ is probably pretty strong- even though she made her way into that place of ‘insanity’ - certainly there are different levels that we can’t pretend to understand

It hurts not to be the primary care giver, but I loose no sleep knowing I did what was best for my child, not my feelings. It's ok to ask for help, it doesn't make you less of a mother.

    • @littledreamerrem7021
      @littledreamerrem7021 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@kcrow430 TH-cam has been going real hard at TMM for talking about child victims recently. More specifically, showing the child victim's photographs. You know, giving a face to the dead, horribly murdered children who should be remembered in life? They've been striking down videos and even threatening termination.
      I'd understand it if they were doing it in a disrespectful or exploitative manner and, like, mocking the kids, but they're not. There are channels out there that tell the stories just for the shock factor and it's very clear that is what they're doing, yet they remain untouched.

    My neighbor just bought a winter home from a woman. Her and her husband are immigrants. No family here. They bought that home to retire in after working their asses off in this country and he died two years later. She didn't move any of the stuff from the house, didn't pay outstanding fees, just sold the house and disappeared.
    I keep bugging my neighbor for news because I'm deeply concerned this lady killed herself and no one has heard from her in a month or two and I'm just like, "Has anyone called the cops?!" It's not really my business but at the same time idk how people see this stuff and shrug it off. She could be dead somewhere and it seems like no one cares enough to try to find her and I just find it incredibly sad and disheartening that she was so clearly suicidal and not moving your stuff from the house you're leaving signals "I have no need for my things" to me.
    I know this is only peripherally related but the first questions at the beginning of this video made me remember her and worry all over again. I really hope she's ok somewhere. I'm not going to stop asking my neighbour until I know. I can't help it. I can't not worry about a woman I've never heard of and don't even know the name of. She's a person who matters. We all need to care.
