no because i was exactly like you when i parried the opening fury attack on the second phase. once i got that timing down i demolished him. that shit was so satisfying 😭

I noticed this in your playthrough, but the ending convo between Pinnochio and Geppetto is different depending on how "human" Pinnochio is at the end. When you give Sophia peace you're supposed to see "your heart is pounding" instead of "your springs are reacting" or "the ergo is whispering" and P's hair is supposed to turn a blue-ish gray. Happened in my run and had a very different conversation with Geppetto at the end

@DamnDaimen Either that or he didn't lie as often as he could. I noticed he didn't kill Alidoro I 100% did, dudes a scumbag and you gain some humanity when you kill him. On the flipside, I'm a scumbag too cause I didn't tell Eugene the truth as much as it hurt. I went in going for a full lie playthrough.
@blueeyeswhiteguy3399 has to be the lying.. a friend of mine and I played at the same time and finished a day apart . He had lied enough to get the golden lie weapon and I hadn't and we had different endings.. I thought it was because I didn't kill Sophia but he did and got a different end than this video.. so it's the lying for sure

You should try NG+, I usually never go into second playthrough unless it significantly changes story or plays from different perspective/character like the Nier games but was actually very enjoyable and added enough content that I didn’t stop until after 3rd. New weapons like secret golden staff and the crit scissors from last boss plus new organ abilities make it really fun and tbh what took 50 hours before only takes like 5 second time around. recommend mod for P organ that unlocks NG++ abilities though since going to 3rd playthrough for them is a bit too redundant

Editing is fire, this was fun to watch, this game is so good, was my GOTY as it is the game I had the most fun with. Neowiz and Round8 studios just unleashed a small masterpiece that was polished and these days and times that shows gamers the ultimate respect.

The teaser at the end with the girl tapping her shoes is Dorothy (From The Wizards Of Oz) her tapping her shoes 3 times in the movie makes her teleport. This would explain why the guy speaking at 25:27 say's that he can't find her. Not sure if this is a DLC or a teaser for another kind of game. Just thought i would mention it! I just completed the game myself and was really shocked to see this at the end

This game was so incredible. I am really looking forward to the DLC and the sequel. The DLCs have been the greatest parts of every Fromsoft soulsborne game thus far (at least for the games they released DLC for), so it's entirely possible that Lies of P will continue that trend and that DLC will be even more incredible than what we've seen so far, but at the very least, it will extend the current game by adding more areas and bosses to experience which has me excited either way. The few pieces of concept art the developers released for it looked awesome, especially the part with that pirate ship floating in clouds.

I’m hoping Garden of eyes will make a mod where lies of p bosses meet the bb bosses like lady Maria vs laxasia or Simon manus vs gehrman or orphan of kos
for me simon manus was the hardest boss in the game , his first phase was insanly easy , but the second phase of his second phase was insane . I would always get him really low but i could never finish him off , took me like 30 tries

That's the ending I got my first run, NG+ I did Rise of P and I just beat the swamp monster first try on NG++ going for the puppet ending.
I watched my dad 4 days ago beat the nameless puppet and he said it followed the nameless line like the nameless king which is one if not the hardest boss in all of souls likes and he said it was one of the hardest bosses he has ever faced in his soulslike career

@@cjlister8508 I live in the west and I mentioned it to a coworker a few weeks ago when I was talking about the game after beating it and he had no idea what the Wizard of Oz was. The coworker is 23 years old; some people are just really disconnected from cultural stuff.

I just use laxasia to learn parrying and now i get to phase two with only parry
good job my man, NG+ isn’t nearly as much of a slog. In fact you’ll probably beat most bosses 1st try in under 2-3 mins so I’d say give it a try
Great playthrough videos. Although I wish you would've included more content of fights vs elites and other strong monsters/puppets. I laughed out loud, cos you're funny as hell.
Hope you do another playthrough and do more exploring, cos you missed alot of shit that would've made you stronger. NG+ and higher is where the real challenge starts.

The true and the bad ending are with seeing the the general story is amazing.
The game provides stuff to make it easier like the specter and throwables. I’ve head that summons buff up the boss in some other games but it’s not the case here.

Laxasia was hardest for me personally. Beat nameless puppet on like 3rd try.
Finished it today, took me a little under 100 to completely beat it.

I don’t remember nameless puppet ever being hard, than again on my first playthrough I spent 12 hours on laxasia and Simon so I was probably on a battle high or something because I beat nameless puppet 5th try

Because it wasn't a fun fight and dragged on. Literally the only major boss fight that I didn't enjoy. Simon is a chore to fight, not a challenge.
