couldn't you just do /effect and give yourself infinite night vision?
not with commands but if you set a command block to repeat and no redstone, and then put in /effect night_vision (your user name or @s) @@Just-An-Average-Guy

If u needed it permantly infinite u can use a repeating command block to effect with you with night vision constantly

I do not recommend using mcpedl, my computer got a bunch of popups from this and my performance tanked so I had to do a factory reset
