Grass Topdressing Magic: Check Out My Unbelievable Results!

Exactly one month later, after topdressing the yard with the ECO 250, our Empire Zoysia grass is really showing out! The topdressing mix of sand & compost that we applied has given this lawn such a boost. The yard is more level and even more lush. Some of the areas in the grass that previously had fungal issues are looking really healthy. I cannot believe the results from topdressing in such a short time period; it's absolutely amazing!

If your grass isn't quite as level as you'd like, you've gotta try topdressing. Applying topdressing to your yard is a great way to smooth out any low, uneven spots and get a nice polished look for your grass. It also helps ensure the long-term health of both your grass AND its soil. But above all, it just looks so, so good.

Pro tip: To calculate how much topdressing you'll need for your lawn, a good rule of thumb is estimating 1 ton for every per 1,000 sq. ft.
