- I'm so excited to share this video with you all. You're about to meet John. He's fallon on some hard times and completely overwhelmed with his yard. I was so thankful to have found him and give him a helping hand. The transformation of his property is AMAZING and so is his reaction! I'm so thankful to be doing this work and helping the community in which I live. Thank you all for the continued support and love - it means so very much!

@@beverlyroyal9838 when my elderly neighbor lost her veteran husband to cancer, I just started mowing her yard. She tried to pay me, but I refused and told her that it was my pleasure and not to worry about that. When I had a foot surgery, my neighbors husband beside her, mowed.
It's sad times where no one gives a crap about anyone other than themselves.

But when he just needed to talk to you about his loss and he stood on your lawnmower and I saw how you affected his life. The great job you did in his yard. I think this one was extra special. This was an all hands on deck situation, so shout out to Sean's family for all the sacrifices they make to by giving up dad for the weekend to help out this man out.

Of all the channels I watch on TH-cam, I have to say your yard work is the best combination of all of the transformative content makers because you clean up and remove the things you cut, not just cut things down. The trash removal and then fixing things is the sugar on top. It is sooooo satisfying! Being a senior and having lost my spouse recently brings home the realization that there are many many senior citizens who are alone and needing help. Even if it is just a visit and spending time with them so they don't feel so isolated. What was done for this gentleman was above and beyond what most people would do. That neighbor who is going to follow up and see the mans yard is kept up is a good person just like you. That was a lot of work, but the reward was well worth it. Blessings to you Sean for helping out a man who needed it the most.

I lost my husband that same year so i feel exactly what John feels. Grief hits in waves every day and then the tsunami hits at night. This one is my favorite! I know someone just like John that lost their way after their wife passed away. Thank you for giving him the boost he needed to feel better about his home and hopefully give him the boost to get himself back out there. Kudos to the neighbor who stepped up to try to help John maintain the lawn now that you have it cleared. Sounds like he had health issues of his own but was still willing to give what he could. I wish there were more people like you. Where I live noone helps. My house burned in 2001. We paid our contractor $98,000 to rebuild so we could move back home. My husband was a disabled vet. And I was disabled as well. My son's were to young to help much but 😊did what they could to help. The man put the roof back on and half finished the attic. He stole all the money and the material we had bought including my furnace and hot water tank. We went to court and he was ordered to return the material and the money he stole. He put everything in his ex wife's mane and never returned the material or the money. Now my husband is deceased and I live in a house that has big wholes in the walls. Birds and bats get in all the time and I fight mice every night. I live on SSDI about $1200 a month. My bills are so much I survive on maybe $75 dollars a month to buy necessity's and a little extra food. There are no programs to help my and believe mei have tried. Thank God for people like you that will help these people. Now it gives me hope for a mirival that maybe happen for me.

Just having someone to touch and talk with him and to hear that his neighbor cared enough to help too meant so much to this lonely, isolated old gentleman. You are truly God's servant. This is possibly the best makeover you have done, a lot of work yes, messy, awkward, difficult and so much of it, but what a joy to see the appreciation of the householder John, and kudos to you for tackling it; as I am sure there were many easier jobs to be found instead, should you have wished to.
