Just so everyone who watches these video's that everything this guy is showing you absolutely works!! I twisted my back about 9 months ago where my lower left leg and hip (they told me sciatica). Been to chiro which helped only a little and then a few days ago followed a specific move for my problem and what a relief. These video's are absolutely great and I usually don't comment but I can sit, sleep and walk long walks. I actually thought I would have to live like this and just deal with it.

@@DrRoweello Dr. I just came across your channel, btw productive content and very beneficial. I got back hip pain/stiffness plus back of the thigh all the way down the calf! Idk what caused, but I can’t move without pain, moving or turning while sitting is even worse! I can’t bend like bow down! I took ibuprofen and applied Diflofenac sodium gel but no improvement for the last two days! Do I need to see a doctor or it could be these type of muscle spasms? Could this be nerve issue or bad blood circulation? Even though our diet is super healthy! Any thoughts? Thanks

Thanks for sharing the video. I' ve had so much pain on my thigh for a few days and went got a massage but it didn't help. I saw your video and I used the spike hard ball massage and followed your instruction and I was quite amazed how it release all the tension on the back of my thigh. Thank you 🙏🏻. Really need these exercises right now. I think I overstretched a muscle because when I jump (I’m at the life event of Tony Robbins so we jump and dance a lot!😁), the left side of my but muscle to the hip hurts, as if there is an obstruction. The whole pelvis is kind of rigid. My whole body gets way more action these days🙈 then at home.

Amazing video. I had pain in my hamstrings and these strenghtening exercises and stretches helped. The bridge walk was so challenging because it was hard for me to stay in the bridge position. Also, would that help with the pain at the back of the knee.

A week after a lumbar laminectomy of L2-4, I've been getting intense pains in this area, both sides. Would these be safe exercises for me?

Hey, I have a question... I have a short let and I have extreme lower back pain... Any advice on what I should do? It's gotten to the point where I can barely run anymore...
Can you please tell me more about exercise #3 …the one where you are seated and tilt your hips/pelvis, while the affected leg is pressed down through the heel? That move really hurts me, unlike the other exercises. I’ve had my pain for 4 months.

I also have knee and calf pain which shoots through knee and calf every so often and I’m really anxious while walking and my physio just says walk more and bend down but this hurts my knee

I'm having trouble bending down. I cannot bend down to tie my shoe anymore, or to put my socks on, or bend down to cut my toe nails. where as I can now cut the toe nails and put my socks on. But only because I made gadgets to do the job without bending down. But that does not help me bend down. Any Ideas? Thanks for the vids.
