@@benreviewsit1662 BTW, that primer gray paint is called "Cloud White" by Mitsubishi. I bought an 06 GT manual sight unseen because the dealer told me it was "white". The dealer did a vehicle swap with a dealer about 80 miles away. Got for 20k as the dealer was in a panic to hit the end of month goal to get future wholesale discounts.
@@johnpettimore5806 that would be awesome to be on the receiving end of that transaction. I can't tell you how much I miss seeing these cars speed around. In the early 2000s they were everywhere and it was such a quirky featured car for advertisement but the gt badge really helped. The fact that you had one for 20 is surprising to say the least. Also thank you your the first person to comment on my videos and hopefully I can make more content to your liking. Life has been crazy.
@@benreviewsit1662 I had been looking for a performance car for about three years and when the stars lined up suddenly the way they did I wasted no time making a decision to buy it. Believe it or not I still drive it as my daily driver 16 years later. Even with 170k miles it still runs like the day it was new. I never hesitated to spend money to maintain it's reliability. I figured that $1000 a year budgeted for maintenance was cheaper than a $500 car payment every month. It throws a catalytic converter ODBII code occasionally but I just reset it so that I won't miss an important code. If the converter was clogged I would replace it but that is not the case.
@@benreviewsit1662I drive a 6-speed '07 GT, it absolutely rips dude. Also, as a fellow tall king of 6'3, it's so bad trying to sit in the back seat lmao
Shame, only thing keeping this from being a sports car is the missing pedal.
Very true the eclipse was the best especially a gt

Yeah they planned it out nicely till you try to change the back spark plugs or swap out the timing belt... And a new clutch install is no easy task.
