Yeah....the 2022 and earlier model did not have an oil filter (only an oil spinner). It is one of my biggest gripes with this bike. Thankfully, the newest models 2023 and on....now come with a filter! Since I made this video, I actually sold my Trail in favor of a CRF300LS...which has been incredible
I'm wondering if you could do an instructional video of how to adjust the rear brake pedal. Mine feels like it goes down a little too far before braking. Would like it to be more responsive sooner. To me it feels a little unsafe. Thank you! I love your channel!
I used the factory mounting holes on the rack. They take standard m6 bolts. On the bottom of the crate I used an old license plate with holes drilled in it and then bolted it down to hold crate in place. I show how I did this in my hacks and accessories video I think.
There isn’t one. The 2022 model uses a centrifugal oil spinner that needs to be serviced every 10k miles. The new 2023 will have a standard filter (I wish mine did)

it s glad to see more videos about ct 125! Have ride 2,000 kms on this bike, really fun to travel with or daily commute
while draining the engine oil ,the filler cap & dip stick should be removed to let in air displace out the EO as much as possible.
Break in oil should stay in the engine until 600 miles

No oil filter? I see in the Honda 125 forum owners buying an oil filter - my dealership said there isn't one. Just a screen to clean out.

2024 has a oil filter

I haven't had to do this yet, but I will certainly pull out my honda service manual and see what it says about it.
