Thanks for sharing. The oil spinner/screen service will be interesting. Only things in the way are kickstarter and possibly the foot peg assembly? Also I watched a video by Dabinche where he did this service on his Super Cub. The auto clutch parts kept falling off every time he would attempt to slip the oil case side cover back on because they are just barely hanging in place. Any small nudge and off they went. And the auto clutch pieces had to be put on in order and stay that way or it would be all jacked up. He finally had to lean the bike to the side away from the spinner side to let gravity kind of hold the auto clutch pieces in place then he gently slipped the cover on. One thing I noted was his Super Cub was not equipped with the side stand so he had to use blocks or something to tilt the bike to the one side. So when you go to reassemble maybe having the CT on its side stand will help? This is if the set up on the CT is the same as the Super Cub auto clutch. I know you can probably salvage the oil case and spinner gaskets if your gentle removing them, but are you going to purchase new ones to have on hand in case you tear the existing ones? I was curious if Honda had those gaskets for sale yet since they seem to be on back order all the way around?

so it appears i have a problem...lol and pulled the clip s no-one else has that problem while i sort it out.
@@ridewithwarro Cripes! I hope they haven't done any serious damage fella. That would be heartbreaking.
@@nicholaskemp2246 well at this stage i am in now real hurry to test them again but i will pull the guard once more and do a re-check and see if by chance it was my mistake or not.
lucky its only a small mudguard or character dent...lol

I’m down!! I’ll send you my video - I think it would be cool to be in one of your videos riding!!!
all good there
What's the dip stick for to the upper left in your video - the larger one?
just the oil filler. the dip stick is right to the bottom right and takes many turns to lock in place
@@ridewithwarro makes sense!
@@RantzBizGroup new lip out shortly-good ride too and almost water it...lol
I'm doing my first oil change at the weekend. Did you tighten up the oil plug by feel or did you happen to have a torque setting? Also, my side cover rattles a bit. Did you get around to putting some tape on it, if so where and what kind of tape? Many thanks. I managed to get the magnetic plug and oil temp gauge from the links you provided. Also, what's a "spinner" and did you clean it in one of your videos?
just by feel. screwed it back in and just added a bit more pressiure. used a small rachet driver so no heavy hands/pressure involved.
the spinner is really your oil filter. no need to touch it. i have not and i think its pretty involved.
just do a few oil changes. very cheap to do.
did tape mine but still rattles
@@ridewithwarro Thanks.
Hello, I know this is off subject but I noticed you have a Diablo seat. Is it more comfortable than the stock seat? I just got my ct125 and the seat is very firm. Need something a little more forgiving.
no i wouldn't rush out and buy that seat. it's way worse than stock and very hard with virtually no padding. its a looker not a sitter...lol
i have seen on ebay thailand has a long bench style seat with looks interesting and not that more expensive either
@@ridewithwarro thanks, I’ll take it out of my cart. I was ordering it from beez deals in Thailand.
hi warro have you ever ridden a ct 110 before
sorry-this is the first postie style bike i've ever owned. i've seen the other about but never had a closer look at them. if i get the chance in the future i certainly will.
I have my bike! Getting modified now!!
no doubt this will just be the start. mine actually started with one accessory and never stopped
@@ridewithwarro my mods are a little different- I’m changing throttle and brake to the left because I have one arm. Took me 3 months to finally get a spot with the best moto mechanics in Tennessee (Mountain Motorsports). I will keep you updated and be sure to send a video of progress and first ride!! Your vids helped my keep my focus - I appreciate you!
@@222skateboards bike has excellent brakes all the best with the mods.good to hear you are climbing back into the saddle and almost ready to set off on more adventures
im sure they are just beginning again!
@@ridewithwarro can’t wait to share with you bud
Warro, I was wondering what your weight is? I weigh a bit over 200 lbs. and wonder what kind of speed I will get. I just dropped down a deposit on one. I will be waiting several weeks for it to arrive though. I have been enjoying your videos, thanks.
about 82kgs so pretty close the same. best and cheapest mod to get results from this bike is front sprocket change to 13t for roughly $20
that mod will wake the bike up and get it moving along
My owners manual says the first oil change is 600 mi. on a 2021 CT 125
be careful there as i think i put 600 in and it was pretty low and closer to 900
@@ridewithwarro in the video you said you did the change at 300 miles. My manual says the break in change is 600 miles. I just did my first oil change with 606 miles.
@@jasonhochman3750 yeah the only reason i like to do numerous oil changes on motorcycles is ive had 58 new bikes over the past 10 years.
you would not believe the rubbish i have seen come out of some of those motors on an oil change of just 100 miles from new.
the ct125 are small motors which have to work hard and no screw on oil filter ...just the spinner.
oil is cheap and to do this bike bit over $5
the bike here in OZ costs $7800
so i like to spend that $5 just for peace of mind and do regular $5 oil changes
look after the motor and ride trouble free or thats what i think!
Anyone know how many literes/gallons to put in? 😅
900 mils i think. the second or red one i bought only had 600 and was short on the liquid gold
V. V . V. N I C E.......................................................................
happy to show how i go about it
yikes, changing oil over a natural
yep! pretty quick and pretty easy to do
