Why is it necessary to plot Nav Warnings as Manual Updates ?
Is it okay if We plot is via user maps ? As far as PSC inspection goes.

Because manual update gives alarm,user map only for information.

Check what company says .. I prefer to make user map instead of manual updates, as deleting of manual update is big headache hence I choose to make user map

I have made videos on discharging and loading in Tanker ship, you can search on the channel in there u will find paperwork done in the cargo operation by duty officer

Can i ask something ? It's very important for me also for NAVTEX. For example, I selected a NAVWARN area on INM - C or I selected a navtex station on my navtex. Is the equipment gives me all navigational warnings in force, that I didn't received before ??
If not and if I don't have also internet to check online and if my company don't send me mails, how can be fully aware about all navigational warnings ?

Brother Navtex warning are resend every day so if u r in range of Navtex station then eventually u will rcv all the warnings
For Inmarsat there are some station which repeat there enforced warning every week but still if u have doubt then u can find out the nav area coordinator from ALRS VOLM 5 and msg them from ur Inmarsat C and request them all the enforced warning for that nav area
