As per MFAG if more than 1 non-portable oxygen cylinder is used then 2 flow meter is required (eg., using 2 cylinders of 20L). If only one cylinder is used then only 1 flow meter is required ( using 40L cylinder).

It’s your ships flag state which tells us which medicine to refer to .. like marhsall island have a separate list, Panama 🇵🇦 register ship will have different medicine as per Panama requirement and so on for different flag ships

I have never sailed on Norwegian flag ship hence don’t know this but yes always u can refer ISMG
