When you were writing usermaps/userchart , you wrote it quite quickly , i suppose with experience a person of your knowledge can do that, if possible can you please provide a general idea as to how many types of usermaps shall be made usually , from a newbie perspective...TIA
No it does not matter u can make one single user map with all information or simply u can make different user map for different items like
Special area
Nav warning
Navtex warning
Arrival port marking
Departure port marking
Reporting areas marking
U can make any number of user map separately or you can make only 2-3 and add information in them it’s all you personal choice
is it indsar,inspire and gibrep mandatory. what if i didnt sent report to them ? i thing it is voluntary thus make it not mandatory. thank you for your video sharing btw

yes for local chart we normally message agent and he share the charts with pilot and pilot brings them on board most of the onboard

On google u have to see marpol area map otherwise u have to refer to MARPOL
