I would really be deterring botox and fillers. For those truly trying to improve their health, neurotoxins and derma-fillers are working against it in the long run. Studies are starting to reveal higher risk of memory loss and skin atrophy among those using these modalities. Go for natural options and all the other things mentioned in this video. 😊
Team JJ, I would absolutely love a “Daily Practices” TH-cam video w/JJ, i.e. smoothie making, vitamin and supplement prep and consumption and a workout for toning and muscle building! I have purchased products for the detox program and am looking forward to an email update on the detox (expected it to start on 2/10). 😊
i started slowly with 2g (creatine) for a month and the bloating/water retention was too much! I know everyone says that's a myth, but for me it was a legitimate problem. I liked the benefits with regards to working out but the bloat & discomfort in the tummy were too much. Advice?
👋🏼 I know JJ offers Creatine monohydrate (which can work for some) BUT I opted for Creatine Hydrochloride because it didn’t cause bloating or any discomfort. I use Creatine HC1 Lab Grade Beyond Raw from GNC (2g per serving). “Creatine HCL is formed via the addition of a hydrochloride group, (the HCL) to base creatine, which helps to improve its stability and solubility. Claimed benefits include increased strength and muscle mass, faster absorption, decreased bloating, reduced puffiness, and lower dose compared to creatine monohydrate” I hope this helps 😉🤙🏼
@@namasteatthebeach Sorry for the late reply! I did order HCL & today will mark day one of the switch! I appreciate your comments & advice and fingers crossed!

What type of red light did you recommend? Thank you!
Hi I was looking to order the creatine and it's out of stock, I've been trying for a a couple weeks, any idea when it will be back?

I just cannot tolerate the creatinine. I’m using a high quality brand. Just 5 mgs. I just get awful gastrointestinal issues! Any advice?
Personally I would drop it down just enough that it doesn’t bother your stomach, try 3.5 see if it helps.
👋🏼 I was advised to drink lots more water 💦 when incorporating creatine which I have and it helped😉🤙🏼
Everyone, please ask your doctor before taking creatine
