Get some leaves from custard apple tree. Blend them into smooth paste . Apply small amount of coconut oil in ur hair and then apply the paste all over ur hair and wait for one hour then wash thoroughly without shampoo. After finished washing ur hair... dry ur hair and comb ur hair with comb specially for lice. Do it for two days in a week . Am sure within 2 days all lice will go. Remember no shampoo. After doing this for 2 days u can use shampooo. The smell will be not that bad . But give it a try. My grandma recipe

Make sure, oil secretion is in control. But don't make your skin dry..because having oily skin is a blessing..but control excessive oil secretion and rub ice cube. Cucumber juice and lemon essential oil mix properly and put in a ice cube. Rub it. This will shrink the diameter of the pores.
