My 9 years of dark circles has gone in 2 months.. i don't have that much time to rub cucumber potato😅etc. if all these things are worth easy and works for you;you can go for these also. if my information works for you,i will be greatful to know.if it doesn't then try to go for surgery and other methods to resolve it.i am just sharing my experience. (1) Early to bed Early to rise(sleep before 11:30 PM and wake up uptill 6:30AM) i used to sleep at 11 PM and wake up at6 Am. (2) Do meditation and exercise(it takes my 1hr/day). (3) drink 3-5 lit. water/day(i drinks 4-5lit/day) (4) Eat vitamin E rich sources food- almonds (i take it 4-5 per day),avocado,etc. (5) part(a) use sunscreen (i uses 50 SPF sunscreen) part(b) use 5% caffeine(i uses derma co. just before going to bed). or You can use 2 tea bags which are freezed and apply under eye areas for 15min. (6)1 seasonal fruit/day for a healthy lifestyle. (7) Avoid if you can- stress,late night sleep, sedentary lifestyle.(i avoid junk food upto 3 weeks then comes to only one cheat food day.)
