I like the small details they put into these. If you look closely, when Incineroar activates his Final Smash, the Fire Z-Crystal appears.

Brawl- 0 to death
4- deals 38% and moves the opponent off the screen
Ultimate- 22% + makes the opponent flinch a little
Actually, in sm4sh, it deals 31% because the mii had 7% initial damage.

@@kirb650 I believe that's already in the game, as another Dragoon-esque item. I dig the Chariot, tho. It's almost like the Pit we see's using smashes to reflect his journey, updated per game to reflet where he is/was, and we've reached the point he has the Chariot.

I'm going to admit that I kinda miss Mega Charizard X as a final smash if only because of how much I like Mega Charizard X itself. At the very least it had the potential to appear visually in Triple Finish, similar to how Lucario mega evolves for Aura Storm or Greninja becomes Ash-Greninja for Secret Ninja Attack, but ah well, can't win them all.
But hey, Masked Dedede is here, that's a plus!

As much as I love Ultimate, I'm not a big fan of them making final smashes more autonomous, for lack of better wording. Things like transformation smashes were really cool, like Bowser and Wario. With their removal, it feels like the player has less control over the fighter, but that's just my opinion.

⅓ teaspoon of vanilla extract
⅔ tablespoons of chocolate chips
And then you mix it all up and eat it!

Ken's Shippu Jinrai Kyaku is one of my favorites non-cinematic Final Smashes, the choreography and voice acting in it are so hype

I miss the old smash that required some other form of interaction. Especially Snakes from Brawl. Now it's mostly just cutscene supers
Yeah, final smashes are one of the few things i dislike about ultimate.
They were so more varied, creative and interesting in brawl.
Now, most of them are just press button and trigger cutscene. Homogenizing final smashes for the sake of balance is idiotic. They are inherently unbalanced, chaotic items, and they should be epic and powerful. Don't like em, then disable smash balls.
Im just sticking with the idea that Nintendo decided to be lazy pieces of shit with their final smashes.
